Anthony Davis becomes the 5th player in Lakers franchise history to record 30+ points and 20+ rebounds in a game, joining:
Elgin Baylor (11 times)
Shaquille O’Neal (9 times)
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (2 times)
Wilt Chamberlain (2 times)

Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Jordan Poole becomes the 1st trio in NBA Playoff history to record 6+ 3pt. FG in a playoff game.

@Julius Yapo not scary at all lmao LA just needs to play better transition on defense & keep the perimeter locked down it’s obvious davis can hold the paint on his own

    • JustTrynaLive says:

everyone talking about last shot by poole, not realizing if lakers just clean up this 14-0 run or ham calls a timeout, this not even a close game. Lakers controlled damn near whole game

Crazy game! I love the energy. Lakers just got to watch out for the 4th quarter Warriors. They always make a comeback in the 3rd and 4th, had me getting nervous. I’m glad we were able to hold on and get the W but there needs to be adjustments made defensively for the Lakers. AD being the AD we knew in 2020! Hoping he stays healthy cause he will Always Dominate if he’s healthy and motivated.

This was the best. California rivalry with all of the best players, just the best of the best kind of game. Feels like this is the championship.

This was not their best game. Their shots are really not falling. The gm6 against memphis is their best game offensively and defensively.

    • 2Hot2Handle says:

AD certainly did. The game wouldn’t have been close if the Warriors weren’t hitting absolutely every shot from 3

    • Ryan says:

Not the best, strong win nonetheless

    • TheBetterOdds1 says:

@Dean Talamantes all the great coaches make their teams play through runs Pop, Phill and many others. You can’t bail them out everytime they gotta beable to get punched in the jaw and punch back

LeBron has a real team now. Happy for him. Davis playing to his potential, Russell is big time, and role players like Vanderbilt and Reeves making plays.
