Star Wars Jedi: Survivor – Jedi Coaching Sessions Trailer
http://JediSurvivorGame.com | STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor™ launches on April 28th, 2023.
Playing as a Jedi may look easy, but in Motion Capture Session 386, Mark Hamill pops in to offer actor Cameron Monaghan some advice on his role as Jedi Cal Kestis in STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor. Wise words and questionable training methods from Mark will hopefully give Cameron the edge he needs as he continues his journey from STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order™.
The story of Cal, Merrin, Greez, and Cere continues in STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor, an epic new adventure that will push Cal further than ever as he fights to protect the ones he loves against a galaxy descending into darkness at the height of the Empire’s power.
Picking up five years after the events of STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order, STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor is a third person, narrative-driven action-adventure game from Respawn Entertainment, developed in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games. STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor will be available on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC.
Having Mark Hamill on set of anything Jedi related just to be there and give advice and wisdom is something that’s going to live in my head forever
@zekrom916 nothing honest about it. Why the duck do you think he WAS there? That’s why.
They are in panicked reboot mode. Fingers crossed they understand how much money they can make if they just do it with respect from here out.
@Snake it is garbage for sure now. But this game and Fallen order is hands down the best things to happen to Star wars after Disney took over. Everything else was garbage agree. Yup even the Crapalorian
@zekrom916 not the sharpest tool in the shed eh.
@Micah Childs no he is not
Monaghan’s attitude is spot on, and Mark Hamill is… well, Mark Hamill, he’s just great.
We need a Cal Kestis live action NOW.
@Ben Edapal Uh, you do know that all of the SW games that have released since 2012 ARE part of “the Disney-verse”, right? The fact some of the new characters in the game are from The High Republic time period in The SWU, is a clear indicator that, based on Lucasfilm Ltd.’s mission statement, since 2013/14, continuity in the universe will be a main priority with all forthcoming SW content. Cal Kestis being around 42 years old, during the current time of The Mandoverse, means that, under the right circumstances, he could legitimately appear in that epic story as a live-action character. You think Cameron Monaghan doesn’t want to appear in live-action form, in The Mandoverse? Heck, he could be asked to make an Animated appearance in The Bad Batch or Tales Of The Jedi, and I’m sure he would be ecstatic to do so.
@Ben Edapalstar wars’ main form of media is television; I’m sure most fans and even the team behind Jedi want to see their creation reach the mainstream
please no… leave him out of the disney-verse let him just be a great character in his own games… we don’t need everything to go to live action all the time
Trust Us: I’m sure there are plans to have him show up somewhere in The Mandoverse, without question.
This. Was. Glorious. Kinda wish Cal could meet all the various other Jedi now, imagine if he teamed up with Ezra, Luke and Ahsoka!
@ZeFFir Except they are though?
@ZeFFir
The hell you talking about?
god damn, bots are sneaky now
@Jaji Yes, 10 years after Order 66 and the birth of The Galactic Empire. Cal was 12, then…now, he’s 22.
@ZeFFir you might want to fact check yourself
The guy basically did everything, every move. He deserves so much recognition. It’s like acting in Avatar
@🟢 Iván Berni 🟢⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ yes you’re probably right, there was likely a stuntman, although now actors are often trained to do those figures with help of straps
I wouldn’t say he did EVERY move, there must be a stun man, you cant just risk your main star doing a backflip when someone else can.
One of the things I like most about actors like Mark Hamill and Cameron Monaghan is that they doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
I can only imagine how excited Cameron was to work with Mark Hamill honestly, as a Jedi AND Joker.
They finally meet! After years of mutual admiration and respect. Mark gave glowing reviews of Cam’s Joker on Gotham a few years ago.
Two Jedi who both played the Joker…
…you gotta accept the coolness in that.
I wonder if Disney/EA even realized that when they filmed this.
@Levi Cam played two versions of the Joker
technically 3 if you count Jerome and Jeremiah as two separate joker characters
THATS EXACTLY WHAT I THOUGHT!
What an amazing trailer! I love that Mark still seems to love SW after all these years and is up for appearing in stuff like this (when its done right!)
@Bobby Fischer compared to mark with anything to do with the new trilogy this is cool to see
It’s called a paycheck
Cal is a great character. A live action would be very welcomed.
This is so cool! The chemistry between these guys is great. We need a live action Cal project NOW!!!!
Agree 100%
