Thank you so much for watching and the support on patreon ( https://www.patreon.com/JunsKitchen )! Next video is going to be a normal recipe video and I used my drone again! The intro is already done and I think it’ll be one of my favorites so far! 🙂

Japanese sushi focuses on “enjoying the pure flavor of ingredients that are in season (because that’s when the ingredients are in their best condition)” and American sushi seems to focus on “the combination of flavor.” Japanese sushi finishes with a little bit of soy sauce so you can enjoy how it brings out all the good flavors of ingredients, whereas American sushi can be very tasty and flavorful without using any soy sauce (instead using bunch of other sauces and spices and all kinds of toppings). I miss American sushi when I’m in Japan and I miss Japanese sushi when I’m in America! I love both Japanese sushi and American sushi. 🙂

While I enjoy the “relaxed pace” videos much more, there is no doubt about the fact that this was done brilliantly – cooking, filming and editing. Also, loved the mayonnaise twirl. xD

Your humility goes a long way. Instead of simply denying American sushi as ‘wrong’, you try to find the appeal of it and duplicate it with your own style. Thank you, that means a lot.

    *Very nicely filmed sushi video*
but you do need to get better avocados 🙂

    • Infamous Havoc says:

@Zachary Bittner That I understand, but there’s way to counter it from browning too quickly with citric acid. Most common one is with limes. This observation is based on just my experience using the product.

    • SmokyBarret says:

How To Make Sushi I actually liked that he took that imperfect avocado, since everything else he does seems perfect to me. Imperfection is perfection 😄

    • Justin Grafstein says:

He lives on a freaking archipelago for christ’s sake, give him a break xD

    • tubbs atsume says:

I like that he used those avocados. It’s still edible so he didn’t waste ingredients and always always finishes all the food he made in the end. Very admirable

    • Clickbait John says:

How To Make Sushi the avacados are fine, u people are just high and you people need you’re avacado’s as ripe possible. Other wise on your case if you have a SINGLE bit of brown on you’re Avacado, it is a bad avacado then you can’t use it.

Ok I’ve concluded that the only step I’m skilled enough to do from this video is twirling the mayonnaise around in a plastic bag (3:37) #wakemeupinside
