Dammit…I bet he’s going to be too likeable again, just like Carrey. I
hope is just so damn dispicable and doesn’t feel the need to hamm it up all
    the time.

Thoughts…after reading all the books as a teen when they were popular.
Count Olaf: I think Harris looks great as Olaf. It seems like he’s going to
be darker the Jim Carrey which is how the books represented Olaf. They both
    had the look down.
The Baudelaire Orphans: The first time I watched the trailer I was a little
let down. Violet is a not much taller than Klaus, but after looking at
pictures from the book, Klaus was almost unrealistically short. I think
their age difference is only supposed to be two years. I wish they would
have kept Violet’s signature purple dress, but hey I get that things change
when transferring from book to screen. So, after a second time of watching,
I’m pleased. The actors for the kids, do look like the characters from the
book, especially Klaus and Sunny. I’m so glad to see Klaus with glasses.
Don’t know why they took those away in the 2004 movie. I have faith that
Netflix has done something amazing yet again.
