She gave me chills when she sang The 2nd song.

  8. John Peverill says:

She was outstanding singing both rock and blues. It’s hard to believe that she’s had no professional singing training. Unreal

    • Ingrid Doerksen says:

@Andre TxT I know what vibrato is and I don’t sing, nor did I ever take a lesson….

    • Wynter Rose says:

I believe that talent like this is truly a gift from our *Heavenly Father* . You cannot learn this. You’re either born with such a gift or you’re not. *Casey Bishop* was handed one of *God’s greatest gifts* *#ABeautifulVoice*

    • Jay Jeazi says:

@Ingrid Doerksen I think if she’s watched idol growing up she would know what vibrato is, right?

    • Wayne Day says:

@Andre TxT stereotyping someone is just wrong poor people can have natural talent

    • aluckey14 says:

@Andre TxT yup only rich people can sing. Common knowledge. That’s why every famous blues musician had absolutely loaded parents growing up. Good point!

  9. Jake Logsdon says:

Her age, the range of songs that she knows, and her ability to sing them very well all equates to talent. I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if Luke Bryan’s prediction is true.

  10. Iron Fist says:

This season on American Idol=Everyone WINS!!!

  11. John says:

She is effortless and has total control over her voice. It is a tool and an instrument and she knows exactly how to handle it. God Bless and God protect this girl! Wow! In Jesus’ name!

    • Lucida Rose says:

Amen and every other person that tries out.

    • John says:

@CarGuy66 Bless and protect them, too! Just wanted to pray for this specific girl as this video is about her. I want to pray for anyone going into the spotlight, that God may be (or become) their foundation and their rock, their anchor.

    • mrdougeran1 says:

@John and that satan doesn’t take them over like it does….just like Katy…she admits it, she sold her soul to the devil because she was told she couldn’t make it in gospel. You can see it in her eyes all of the time

    • Dee Jay says:

      Lose the cross, it’s pagan.

    • Grymm Gaming says:

Quit trying to spread the cancer of your superstition to others.

Beth Hart has been doing this publicly since she won on Star Search in 1993 and she is a world wide multi millionare B-list singer. At 15, Beth Hart wrote Am I The One, sang it on Star Search as a contestant in 1993 and that song is still being sung by TV singing contestants around the world. So while Casey may make millions of dollars, people will have to be in the know to see how well Casey is doing.

    • Ryan Schlanser says:

      Beth Hart was overrated.
Casey blows Beth Hart out of the water

    • orlock20 says:

@Ryan Schlanser But Beth Hart lived in a time where labels still took blues and rock seriously. There hasn’t been a serious rock song on the Hot 100 in the past 10 years and a serious blues song since the 1980s.

  13. Total Singing Dojo says:

It takes a special kind of musical ear to hear Motley Crue and re-imagine singing that way. Then switch to pure blues. Phenomenal.

  14. Alex Antonio says:

I wanna hear her sing somewhere over the rainbow

  15. sweetangiegirl1 says:

Yep. She’s definitely top 5. With just a little guidance, she’ll probably win.

  16. Jen Vincur says:

She has incredible control of her range, especially considering how young she is. I have no idea if she’s ever had any type of formal training, but it seems like she just naturally can sing that well. Just so, so, *so good*

  17. Miscellaneous TV says:

The fullness in her voice is what grown people wish they had.

  18. J Connor says:

was not expecting this- seems like she know who she is as an artist which is impressive for 15 years old- My favorite so far this season 👏💚

  19. Bay Liliedahl says:

    She doesn’t need American idol

    • Tim Renken says:

@Chance Miller yeah him too. A lot of the people that walk out of idol with record deals just become industry tools. The record company hooks them up with song writers and their careers fizzle out bc its contrived nonsense that no one cares about. They rarely become real artists that are successful. Carrie Underwood is one of the few that isnt a song writer, but did become very successful.

    • randal gibbons says:

      Did Kelly Clarkson need Idol?

I would say yes. And so does this young lady. It’s a great environment to take baby steps in.

    • Rainbow Citizen says:

      Omg, right!!!!!!

    • FUBAR LIFE says:

But American idol needs her 😳

    • Jimmy Siroki says:

She came to idol now sit back stop bickering and enjoy the ride …music is Powerful embrace it …

  20. m8kis says:

she was one of my closest friends a few years back; she’s always been incredibly talented and i’m so so happy to see how much her and her voice have grown ^^

    • Dan Farrar says:

Tell her that Jazz is her calling.

And if she. Doesn’t win have her check NEXT year as I may be able to hook her up with a record label.

      Best wishes
