@AlphaWolf7878 then did she not want her Omen twins? By tradition, their horns were not excised but they were locked away in the sewers under Lyndell. Goldwyn was a war hero who proved himself a worthy adversary and friend to the ancient dragons among the peoples of the lands between. Not to mention the Black Knife Assassins were of the NUMEN race, the same as Marika and if memory serves Ranni has no direct link/relation to any of them unless you count the figerslayer blade made from her own severed hand……..
I swear to Godfrey if a souls like or souls inspired movie/tv show/story ever gets told I will be riot if VaatiVidya & his team of collaborators aren’t at the very least credited as consultants.

Both D’s are my favourite characters in Elden Ring, not from a moral perspective, but their voice acting absolutely oozes with raw charisma, much more so than any other imo.

Rogier and the Ds have some of the most charismatic voice acting in any souls game
Exactly. Like Alfred, he has this delicious blend of courtesy & violence which makes his Unhinged Moments at the climax of his arc so….damn…good.

Considering Ranni’s quest is probably the most story rich quest in the game, probably a pretty long time.
I almost managed to not cry. Almost. Your character gently lying near Rogier and, at the end, grabbing Fia’s hand, made me tear up. I cannot wait for Ranni’s PtC, this series of your ER videos is your best work yet and I can’t express enough admiration for everyone involved.

I adore this story. Those Who Live In Death are very tragic, kinda the most empathetic I’ve felt towards undead in a story.
vaatividya takes the rich, grand lore of the game, and somehow manages to amplify it with his cinematography and narration. This video is sublime.
