You know things are bad when Derek has to calm things down

As a big fan of Aj, this really enraged me. Very disrespectful and unacceptable. Embarrassing not only himself but the rest of the UK with how he behaved. Usyk kept his composer even after being confronted and Aj throwing the belts out the ring. Usyk is a very humble guy. True champion.

@MajorTom Andy Murray is a prime example or Rory McIlroy.

      @Muslimcel Exactly my point, thanks.

@A Ghost Tyson did bite an ear off. Not very respectful 😕

This was a bad look. Yes he has 3 losses now but, the sun hasn’t set on his career. OU is the consument professional. OU won the fight by fight IQ, speed and willing to trade shots when other fighters don’t. Never thought I’d say this but Tyson Fury is in trouble. Usyk has the same skill level, the same mentality and is 3x faster. I think it favors Usyk that TF is 6’8……ppl he isn’t 6’9″. I’m a fan of both. I hope they can get this fight made. Just a few years ago DW and AJ were on top of the world. TF ended DW and OU ended AJ.

As a warrior, you commend a man who brought you to a knee. It’s not only a measure of respect for your opponent, but a testament to the work you’ve put in yourself. If AJ thought that strongly about his performance, the only way to commend it, would be a salute to a fellow brethren who’s been through a tumultuous year and had enough fight and determination to top what AJ brought today. For a true champion it’s a chance to learn. It seems like he’s upset with himself

You’re a warrior? Wow how cool how can I be a warrior?

Easier said than done. If u ever given ur soul to something and still lose. U will understand the emotions his going through.

    • Lord Vong says:

      Usky would beat Tyson Fury

    • 31ohara says:

AJ let himself down. When you do your best and lose, you show respect to the Victor and act with dignity. Usyk is a great fighter, a good man and a totally worthy champion.

As my Daddy used to say, before he left this cold, cruel world: “Never pick a fight you ain’t tough enough to lose.” Any man can be bested by any other man on any given day. That’s how life is. As the speech goes in “Rocky Balboa”: “It ain’t about how hard you can hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward! How much you can take and keep moving forward! That’s how winning is done!”

  5. Steven Bennett says:

Shocking sportsmanship from Joshua, a perfect example of what boxing is NOT, hope no one else gives this child another shot at the title, well done Usyk, the better boxer and the better man, You beat Joshua in boxing and in character

  6. Svyatozar in different languages says:

Usyk was a masterclass in this bout. True warrior, true gentleman and true champion! Glory to Ukraine!🇺🇦

      Glory to god not Ukraine

      uraaaaaa 🇲🇨🇲🇨🇲🇨❤️🇷🇺🇷🇺🇷🇺

    • Wildcard says:

@julian marx NOPE mate, Usyk was NEVER even close to getting finished, he defended and dodged EVERYTHING Joshua threw in round 9 and then Joshua got tired after that barrage.

After that Usyk did a number on him and beat him up as he should.

  7. TheBigDog says:

Wow this is embarrassing, can’t handle the fact that he’s not good enough, Usyk was better in both fights and deserves the titles much more

    • BLOPP says:

@TheBigDog AJ type dude to make everything about himself

    • TheBigDog says:

@Carter Gibbons ahhh right, didn’t see that bit, I do still think aj should have just let him have his moment, something definitely off about him last night

    • Carter Gibbons says:

Aj went on to say that he usyk beat him because he was more skilled and the better fighter. They cut it short to make aj look bad

  8. Karan Kang says:

I was cheering for AJ, but this fight clearly won by Usyk. It was a great fight from both ends, but what AJ did after the fight was shocking, and embarrassing 🙏🏼

  9. Foyez Ali says:

I’ve been a big fan of AJ since his epic fight against Klitchsko. But this behaviour after the fight and the discussion with Usyk really disappointed me. Usyk handled the situation with class and integrity and even tried to calm the situation down but AJ didn’t want to hear it. Well done Usyk. Well deserved winner.

  10. Gareth Pascoe says:

well done usyk! the man is a legend in my opinion, a fabulous boxer and a true gentleman, the best man won.
