For anyone confused, dropping a portable jump tower is not an ability for Ballistic, but is a survival kit item.

  2. Aria: Come Fast To Get Into My Body says:

Dude the firing range changes is awesome. the warm ups are gonna be great and you dont need to lose a bunch of games to get in the groove

  3. Kairoem says:

They actually used wall bouncing in two viable situations and not just for fancy kills. That was refreshing to see! It will be fun seeing everyone try that now.

    • Zoey Dionne says:

@Nyx Icide I was thinking the same thing. Why not just let us jump when on the wall to wall jump.

    • Kartikay Kaul says:

@Pootzmagootz definitely agree but still takes time. Some people do not have all the hours to play and practice.

    • the gamer says:

is it just me or did they do a small tap strafe to the left off the jump pad too

    • M S says:

I only just learnt wall bouncing, strafe jumping and bhopping. Im beginning to believe.

    • Hyph Jupitor says:

@ToranaLiveyou can, it’s hard to do on controller but easy on kbm, hold backwards movement and and the preferred right/left movement key for directional momentum while punching a while, when you punch crouch/uncrouch at the same time

Haven’t loved a gameplay trailer this much in such a long time.

  5. FNaFMemes says:

As someone who spends hours in the firing range, I am beyond content with its expansion. I do hope that there is a droptower, so I can test skydive animations! 💫

    • xChITo_ says:

You can add one with the new survival item which is a ballon

    • M S says:

I have played apex since season 2 on ps4 in high school and firing range felt boring. I guess I was ignorant. I have been on and off the wagon. But, since I transitioned to PC i have changed my gaming perspective and realised that… practice mode in games are actually useful. Almost necessary. and firing range actually becomes fun. the progress is actually enjoyable

    • Ellwoodot says:

there sure is one, have a look in the patch notes and see what u can spot

  6. BloonH8TR says:

Wow they actually used wall bouncing and the C.A.R. is the new reactive! So excited for the new changes!

    • ItssSnek says:

@Overhaul the mobile jumptower can be shot down and lost, this isnt going to make Valkyrie obsolete

    • zitro iwnl says:

@Giggi from Monster hunter tri if you cant wallbounce on contoller thats a skill issue, literally the easiest movement in the game

    • DeadlyTone says:

@Overhaulvalk bots🤦🏽‍♂️ then again only people who play her so they can run away every fight 😂😂

    • hmmm ? says:

@El Chancho no, it seems like mastery will just be basic skins plus other basic things, with how it *reacts* to knocks and kills it definitely is the reactive, just look at the sides of it when Ballistic knocks the first person at the start, blue flames pop out

if anyone has more info on mastery stuff from leaks then please tell me

    • BloonH8TR says:

@shivernaut8607  could be but only one way to find out and that will be in game or the battle pass trailer

  7. Kermit le Frohg says:

Is it weird that I’m more excited for the training grounds change than literally anything else?

  8. Maria: Come Fast To Get Into My Body says:

Apex doing the things that’s always needed to be done like this firing range update we’re going in a good direction they just need to keep this up

  9. Jessy-Come Fast To Get Into My Body says:

After fighting the movement players for the best part of 4 years they actually show two wall bounces in a trailer. I love the new firing range, that’s probably what I’m most hyped about. I wonder about what changes they may make to Valkyrie with the mobile balloon item now in play.

  10. Snipes Gaming says:

I truely hope this is the season that brings back the joy to play this game

    • Isaiah D. says:

if you have other games on rotation it doesn’t get old

    • Edward Chester says:

@Snipes Gaming So much this. The game has basically been a grind since like season 5 thanks to the terrible matchmaking. Mix tape is basically all I play but even that can be horrible cause the game runs terribly on my system (5800x3d, Rx 6750 xt) and is somehow worse in those modes.

    • Snipes Gaming says:

@Nexus every one experiences a game differently. I’ve played this game basically every day since launch and placed diamond 1/masters 4 each season except for the past 2 seasons I’ve felt the game was stale to me and not as fun people were sweating way to hard for my liking in public lobbies and my friends who aren’t as good even have trouble finding the fun after getting obliterated after landing 6 games in a row as someone who works a 9-5. The introduction of the permanent ltms have been a massive improvement in my eyes.

    • Nexus says:

@Jasper Wildlife Association  ah this is completely fair, it does feel like the game only attracts sweaty try hards which is kinda what I am. It’s not the game you boot up to have fun and relax with after work, it’s something that searches that comp itch for me. Your points are completely valid

    • Jasper Wildlife Association says:

@Nexus at some point, despite me being bad at the game, everyone i played against had insane aim. Went on a 30+ deathrun before giving up. Got back into it during last season and got obliterates like 7 games in a row. I thought skill based matchmaking was supposed to put me against people my level? That’s what ruined the game for me (still love the titanfall lore regardless tho)
