I can’t wait to get my hands on some next gen jeep stuff.

  3. A Digital Legend says:

In the first hour of the beta, someone is going to get in a tank, fly into the tactical tempest, and get a cross map kill. I’m calling it right now.

I really hope the live service doesnt ruin this game’s art style 😭 It looks so good but so did modern warfare at launch

    • Cosmic says:

@Kody Poirier engineer is specifically an anti vehicle class. Support is specifically an lmg and resupply class. Anybody can carry an lmg and a launcher now. How does that equate to classes still being in the game? I can’t help but think of balance issues if 25 people or more on one team is carrying stingers and resupply boxes all on the same character because if you think people won’t do that you’re dead wrong. You don’t have to give up resupply for launchers anymore is what I’m getting at. I’m guessing Mackay is supposed to resemble engineer right? Literally all he has is a grappling hook or a nimble perk. How’s that an engineer?

@1Chasg yeah, I’m honestly not bothered about it being cosmetic only, I’m just happy there’s no longer pay to win stuff.

    • Darren S says:

@1Chasg people don’t seem to understand this at all. It surprises me by the amount of people that don’t get it. Classes still exist but with a twist, that’s all

    • Darren S says:

@Cosmic for solo players like me that has long played battlefield, I’m okay with this change. I can experiment with many things now. But even if this change didn’t happen, I’d still be fine. I’m good either way really

  7. Alan2K says:

The hype for this feels just like it did for Battlefield 1 and I’m so happy that it does.

    • OOUGGE says:

      @golly gosh bf1 was trash

    • Jr. Gallegos says:

@golly gosh I agree when I first played battlefield 1 I felt like I was in the game itself. Till this day I still love that game. But lately I’ve been playing less on battlefield 1 because the majority of the servers are almost empty. Every time I get on a operation there’s no one else in the server but me 😢. Battlefield 1 is still my favorite! By any chance will we have fast sprinting for battlefield 2042 like we did in battlefield 5 or will sprinting be like battlefield 1?

    • Tommaso Curti says:

@OOUGGE bro what bf1 was so fun

    • kaitsu says:

The hype was similar but has toned down a lot in recent months due to bad marketing compared to what it was before bf1 the whole way through until the launch

    • Alessandro Pinnacoli says:

@OOUGGE man you don’t know the first thing about games

  8. Star Wars HQ says:

Excitement level 9000! I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS!

  9. Huggbees says:

Finally a game that looks properly next gen.

  10. GameSprout says:

Buzzing! Let’s hope the Beta gets extended 😉
