Totally called the deluminator being in this movie! What was your favorite part of the trailer!

  2. AndyPandyPepper 17 says:

If you have an Android phone and use the “okay Google” function to say “lumos” it will turn on your flashlight (and nox will turn it off)

  3. B.Gilly says:

How do you not consider the films canonical?!

    • missfangirlcentral says:

Because they add and subtract things from the ultimate canon-the books. For example, it is not canon that Harry and Hermione ever danced in a tent, or that Lupin and Tonks got together before the end of The Half-Blood Prince.

    • May May says:

anything approved by JK as canon is canon. JK read through approved and changed bits of every film script of the originals, so even the bits that were not in the book (harry and hermione dancing) she clearly saw as likely to happen in her universe. It is annoying that they changed tiny bits/missed good plots out but it doesn’t make it less canon. It’s not like cursed child where it wasn’t written by JK and adds big shit in that is so far from what actually happened (hermione being minister for magic and stuff)

    • BanishingBlaze says:

Excellent explanation May, nailed it. I too believe the HP movies are cannon :’)

    • Simon opdebeeck says:

B.Gilly if you want to argue canon, we should at the very least agree that if anything is canon, its the books, and logically, anything that differs from that, can logically not be canon. See where i’m going with this?

  4. Seamus Gorman says:

You’ve worked it all out. And it only took you like 8 hours, that’s impressive! 😅

  5. King Carterico says:

There is a lot goin on in my life right now, and I just want to say, I love your videos and when I’m sad I can always watch your videos and I’m always happier.

  6. CV-GAMER Garcia says:

Eddie Remayne and Jude Law are the fantastic beasts

  7. Lee Block says:

It’s never mentioned when the anti-apparation spell was cast; it could have been after (or a result of the destruction in) this movie.

    • 86upsmaya says:

That doesnt make any sense. Then Voldemort and Death Eaters would have easily apparated into the castle, seeing as they are neither students or teachers

    • Ares Huls. says:

Orr the film just goofed up.. It’s not the first time a hp movie broke apparating cannon

    • Dan Balares says:

Pardon my first comment. What I meant is that only students and teachers are PROHIBITED to use both Apparition and Anti-Disapparition spells. Remember, Dumbledore said to Harry “that’s the advantage of being the headmaster”. That quoted paragraph is from here:

      http://harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Anti-Apparition_Charm

    • Joseph N says:

Well whenever they teach the apparition classes at hogwarts, the spell is lifted for an hour in the great hall so maybe the headmaster lifted the spell on the bridge to allow the people to come.

    • StineN1 says:

Dan Balares in the movie – yes. In the books that never happened.

  8. chipmunk Luke Skywalker says:

    sooo I thought credence died?

  9. Arc the fabulous says:

I want the Bellatrix and queens of strange Theory to be true because that is SO COOL!(#slytherinpried)

    • TheMagicalC says:

      I think you mean #slytherinpride

    • Christopher Madrigal says:

TheMagicalC you filthy muggle! Don’t correct her! She spelled it right! Slytherin but not the pride part right. But we are proud of our blood heritage! The Lestrange family would forever live on and continue the work of the dark lord.

    • Juliet Felice says:

u spelled pride wrong in ur hashtag…

    • TheMagicalC says:

Keep your muggle shaming out of this comment section, slytherin! I’ve but made a slight error, had a bit too much firewhisky. I will correct it.

  10. One of You says:

Why is Dumbledore wearing muggle clothes?! Total hottie though!

  11. Jason Cole says:

The trailer aired for me on this video as an ad. It was quite handy.

  12. Jenny says:

I heard dodo bird and all I could think of was the Phineas and Ferb theme song

  13. LeatherLace&NuzzlingYourFace says:

After rereading the HP books, I can see why Dumbledore would avoid any and all conflict with Grindlewald–not only is it canon that he waited as long as his reputation, pride, and conscience would allow, but sending off a favorite pupil with a penchant for breaking the rules for the right reasons is right up his wheelhouse. Hell, since Hufflepuff is the least boastful House, Newt may well have been instrumental in Grindlewald’s defeat, especially with such a rich expertise as Care of Magical Creatures.

The main reasons for Dumbledore not wanting anything to do with Grindlewald, for those who have forgotten:
    – He was probably in love with him, but their friendship ended *very* badly, after a few months of spending every waking moment together, as next-door neighbors and best friends.
    – Grindlewald seduced him with an ideal image of Wizard Supremacy, with Albus giving him his eventual tagline, “For the greater good,” being that Dumbledore was still livid with the muggles his father magically murdered for their torment of Ariana, his little sister, who was severely sickly, partly because of (probably) a developing obscurial.
    – Albus was ashamed to his core and felt probably the worst heartbreak of his life when his final argument with Gellert, as well as his brother, Aberforth (who was confronting them about their plans), ended with his sister dead and nobody knowing the true culprit. *Especially* after his mother had died while taking care of her, his father went to Azkaban protecting her, and he failed to keep her alive or safe.
    – Grindlewald ran after that, and Albus let him, let him continue his crimes, only going after him when his hands were tied–which we shall likely see in this upcoming movie!

I am likely forgetting a few things, but Albus wanted nothing to do with Grindlewald and the memories associated with him.

  14. Chloe C says:

No he would be related to Rudolphus Lestrange, Bellatrix’s husband. Her maiden name is Black. Nice theory though.

  15. CLCSIfreak says:

In regards to the apparition within Hogwarts–it can be suspended. Review in book 6 the apparition lessons. Note they occur in the Great Hall. Now, they were only temporarily suspended for the Great Hall, but it is possible. While I suspect the movie could have forgotten those wards, it *is* possible.

  16. Apex Theory says:

I think the bird at 3:07 is an Augurey aka Irish Phoenix, not a Fwooper. They are related to Phoenixes but have a green/gray drab appearance and are said to sing when it’s about to rain. Notice it is raining outside in the scene it’s shown.

    • Nikki Brown says:

Apex Theory we also saw a purple bird is Newt’s case is 1st movie that could be a fwooper

    • Metteguin says:

Hmm, I’m not sure about either, both Augureys and Fwoopers are said to be small birds, I didn’t really get the impression that this one was small. I have no idea what it could be though

    • XOXheartAmy says:

Augureys are described as looking like “a small underfed vulture” – but regular-sized vultures are MASSIVE so a ‘small’ one wouldn’t be as small as a Fwooper. And, like Nikki said, the Fwooper was seen in the first film (and are incredibly brightly coloured)

    • Tiago Furtado says:

I agree. Thanks for pointing this out, it was clearly not a fwooper.

  17. Samantha Gonzalez says:

Beauxbatons is in France. Do you think it’s possible that they will show it too?

  18. msk says:

Anyone else noticed Credence controlling the Obscurus now? I mean, yeah he was just releasing it but he was clearing willing it to be released and that sounds like a cool and dangerous ability.

  19. Twighlightmoon says:

Leta Lestrange was in possession of a weasel thing ( I forgot the name) and it was illegal so Leta was going to get expelled from Hogwarts but because Newt loved Leta he took the blame. That’s what he was covering up for ( it was on fantastic beasts wiki or something)
