This week, we finally revisit the all-American fantasy of Forrest Gump, crossing a few more dishes off Bubba’s comprehensive shrimp-preparation list. Due to the growing complexity of the dishes, I’ve had to cut it down to three this time around, but hey – that means there’s gonna be a Part III! Eventually.

    I’m realizing that I’ve been calling the Bubba episodes “Part I, Part II” and the Seinfeld episodes “Volume I, Volume II”. Is that ruining anyone else’s day?

      Seriously, I’ve watched Ramsay’s recipe videos on repeat x10 and follow the written recipe to the letter, and sometimes I’m just not happy with the results. Chef John’s have never once failed me. My most trusted (&delicious) meals are from him

      I agree! Before I found his videos, finding a recipe that truly worked in a sea of different opinions was difficult. Now when I look up a recipe on Google, if foodwishes shows up I feel SO relieved!
      Of course BWB is a true artist in his on right! But even Van Gogh admired Gauguin… uhhh hopefully no ear recipes show up on this channel.
