    I LOVE MISO.. I currently have one thats almost 2 years old, aging at room temp in the fermentation station! It smells like chocolate in a way. whats your favorite thing to do with miso???

      It makes a really nice ice Cream flavouring if you Exchange the Cream for creme fraiche. The umami and salty flavour makes for a really interesting adition to an otherwise sweet dessert.

      Miso caramel sauce! Best thing ever, also great to make a nice dark caramel, whisk in a mixture of water, tamarind an miso. Let it cool, and marinate a piece of salmon in it for just a minute or 8. Amazing sashimi!

      could you write the recepie down with grams. having tablespoons and whatnot when talking salt is really difficult to work with unless you have the exact same salt.
