I would love to see biltong it’s a cured dry meat like jerky that’s made in South Africa. You could maybe use kombucha to cure it! I would also watch ginger beer, kefir, and blue cheese!

The steel episode with Bob Kramer was fascinating and a great twist on the “alive” focus of the series. I’d love to see y’all extend that to other elements of food preparation/presentation: working with a potter to create dinnerware, a glassblower for beer/wine glasses, maybe even take us into your own woodshop to create a cutting board/other wood tools. No matter what, just keep making these videos, please!

Yeah they said it allready – milk kefir, wourder kefir 😀 – real ginger beer would be cool. There also seems to be something called ginger kefir…

The right way to add the butter is in the beginning with the “wet” ingredients then do portions of the wet and dry together

(Make sure butter is cool 🙂 or else the eggs could cook)
