@20807shane it is actually pretty impressive it just don’t look that cool because you’ve never been to the gym your whole life. you’ve never even squatted 315 let alone benched that amount which is why you’re saying it’s not impressive because you can’t relate and i won’t even get into the fact that the guy had 415 in the other hand

    • h8tingit says:

Exactly. My frickin shaky legs agree with you.

@jc008 [Glitches and Bugs] all i have to say is keep doing it. Don’t throw out your back. Trust me your at the age where back problems start by the time your 21. Your going to feel bones you didn’t know that you ever had. And plus if your going to work out in high school. Always keep your back flat to the bench when bench pressing or anything. And dont let people tell you how much you can bench.
      Exercise at your limit

    • Anthony Proffitt says:

jc008 [Glitches and Bugs] why would anyone be carrying 140# of potatoes? Where do you shop and who are you feeding.

These guys should be revered for the self control needed to force themselves to endure that kind of pain. They were all amazing.

I’m more interested how they were able to put the stones back from the starting line.

    • Drew Halfhand says:

They use this really tough canvas material rug type thing that has 4 loop handles on each corner, they slide it under the stone (or other stones/replica stones they use in strongman comps) and 4 guys carry it back to the starting point and then slide the canvas out from underneath it and adjust as needed.

    • eeJOKERee says:
