Center – Day 2 – Listen

In this practice we embrace a key element to the centering practice. How to listen is such an important part of this journey both on and off the mat. When you wake up each day, when you arrive on the mat, what are you lending your ear to?

When we tune in to what brings us life on the yoga mat, we start to notice this spill into other areas of our life.

It becomes not just about what is capturing our attention, and what (or who) is the loudest. But rather it becomes about what serves you and what feels right for your mind and body.

I loved the quiet breathing sequence inside the child’s pose. Beautiful respite from the insanity of life waiting for me beyond the practice. Xo

It’s been a nice one today. And I felt more capable to do some yoga poses than yesterday. It’s so smooth and I enjoy feeling that stiffness and pain of my muscle.
Thank you adriene and all who join us ❤️

Thank you thank you thank you. Back at work today, and really didn’t feel like showing up at 6:00 am for this, but I did, and it was amazing. I’ve been away from Yoga for a long time and this was gentle and built on yesterday, but not too scary!

Props to you for getting this practice in at 6:00am! I know how you feel, I did lots of sleeping in over the holidays and I’m excited to get back to my morning routine. Thanks for the inspiration!

Amiguita, what a joy to have a new 30 Days of Yoga with you! If I’m not mistaken, this is Year 5 for me, and yes, I’m still here! Yoga has done so much for me in so many ways. I am waiting hopefully for the time when you offer another yoga weekend somewhere in the world so I can practice again with you in person. Thank you so much for all that you and your people do for all of us. Un abrazo may fuerte de tu amiga Raechel xoxoxo

Good morning! This is the first time I have been up this early to do yoga for many months. It used to be my routine and I got away from it. It is feeling a little rough after rebalancing from the holidays but I look forward to getting back into this routine! 💗
