This trailer is one of the best I’ve seen from Bungie in a while, bravo

Holy HECK. This is such a good trailer. You guys really know what you’re doing when it comes to trailers. HYPEEEEED!

Whether the Witch Queen ends up being good or not, Bungie really knows how to put together a trailer. I think every Destiny trailer I’ve ever seen has been awesome. That being said, I do have high hopes for Witch Queen and am excited to see where the story goes.

I’d rather have a good game instead of a good trailer

@CBandit I respect your opinion those are some good trailers, but I think you’re wrong the long shots we get in this new trailer are wild they’re the longest continuing shots of gameplay that look to be single takes. They’ve never gotten or shown such good shots.

This just makes me want some sort of in game theater mode

      Bungie’s promo game is next-level

Yeah in my opinion with queen teialers jave actually been their weaker trailers which says a lot about how good their trailers are. Nest ever is prochecy then probably shadowkeep launch trailer, seasoj of arrivals trailer, be6ond light story trailer, season of dawn trailer, splicer trailer, and this one those are best ones in my opinion.

They picked the PERFECT voice actress for Savathun. She lands exactly the creepy cunning vibe that I would expect from the Queen of lies herself. God I am so excited

When Savathun said “just don’t say…. I didn’t warn you…” it gave me chills

I want to talk about Savathûn’s eyes, they start green eyes like a typical Hive, but later turn into a light blue or white. She has that blue color in the first trailer. The color of her eyes in those trailers is the same as Light from the Traveler. Not only that with her wish of exorcism I think it’s clear that us exorcising her Worm allowed her to take the light. This is clearly a plan that she thought of awhile ago especially since she kept taking dead ghosts to reincarnate them, another thing she wouldn’t be able to do under typical Hive law, since necromancy is forbidden. This leads me to my next point, Savathûn’s ghost is Sagira. She reincarnated it in secret and it will save her when Mara tries to kill her today. This is my best bet though.

That would be just too painful for me to see. Having your friend stolen from you, your own body corrupted and possessed, betraying your allies, and being used by an enemy for her to become one of the most powerful threats humanity has ever faced. If we don’t allow Osiris to have a thrilling and satisfying redemption arc, it will be one of the worst missed opportunities this franchise will ever pass up.

The lore also says that she thought of the idea for making Hive Ghosts for her light bearers while she was watching a Crucible match as (I think) Osiris.

Bungie, best launch trailer by far, the eerie and amazing vibe this brings is phenomenal, this is going to change the game forever, the amount of work and time that went into this isn’t going unnoticed can’t wait, until February 22nd!

  8. Anthony D'Auria says:

Great trailer. Love the use of Phantograms “cruel world” well done. Can’t wait for next week.

  9. BLO0DY SMILES says:

This looks amazing!! Also I like that even tho they have the light you can see there still kinda new to it. Showing us the ones that had it longer easily dodging them attacks while they fumble around
