Disney and Pixar’s Luca | Teaser Trailer

Disney and Pixar’s Luca | Teaser Trailer

Disney and Pixar invite you to experience a summer like never before. Luca arrives June 2021.

Set in a beautiful seaside town on the Italian Riviera, Disney and Pixar’s original feature film “Luca” is a coming-of-age story about one young boy experiencing an unforgettable summer filled with gelato, pasta and endless scooter rides. Luca shares these adventures with his newfound best friend, but all the fun is threatened by a deeply-held secret: they are sea monsters from another world just below the water’s surface. Directed by Academy Award® nominee Enrico Casarosa (“La Luna”) and produced by Andrea Warren (“Lava,” “Cars 3”), “Luca” releases Summer 2021.

All sympathizers of Disney and Pixar: you are too late for Soul has gone awardless due to being religiously blasphemous against God.

Everyone, destroy your Disney+ subscriptions for Disney has made everyone brainless, dumb and naive. Go for the mature, adult, intelligent and realistic content Netflix and HBO Max offers

All Christians and Catholics, rejoice for the hard-earned victory God has given to Wolfwakers. Let this be a lesson Disney and Pixar should learn not to be complacent.

It’s exciting seeing the trailers but then I regret seeing them because I now wont be shocked when I see the gotcha moment for the first time when watching the movie.

    • Demonic Queen says:

tis the give and take of movies: would you have gone to see it if you thought it was just about some italian kids goofing off? they gotta show their hand a bit so they can get you interested enough to spend the time and money to watch it.

    • Mitra Zaker says:

Nah Pixar doesn’t give twists away, this’ll probably be revealed at the beginning of the movie

Yea, that always happens to me! It’s like you already know what’s happening in the movie, but you don’t know part of it.

    • Overhaul says:

People acting like this is a major twist in the movie lol when it just a twist in the teaser

    first half:
me: looks like something that would give me hard nostalgia, nope

    *shows morphing*
    me: yep this is fire

    • Exam Mole says:

      In a bad way?

    • mafuyu's dog says:

@Exam Mole Yeah, their comment is a little confusing. Do people not like nostalgia?

    • Purple Dolphin Studios says:

@mafuyu’s dog perhaps it reminds them of a bad time in their life and they don’t know another word for it besides nostalgia?

    • SureTina says:

@Purple Dolphin Studios Thinking about “melancholia” or “bad memories” idk what the poster meant but yes this trailer looks so vibrant and fun <3

    • Kemma _ says:

I hate it when when the nostalgia very strong, like one time I watched Doukyuusei, every soft scene just made me cry. A normal one is fine tho, the ones that just makes my heart ache.

Okay… I am SO happy to see Pixar embrace new art styles! After several years of seeing “basically” the same thing, it’s super refreshing 🙂

This looks super good, by the way!

    • Allison Tran says:

Someone else commented this elsewhere and I can’t unsee it now – the artstyle seems pretty reminiscent of Wallace and Gromit and other similar films like Chicken Run, combined with the art style of Good Dinosaur (which is a less popular Pixar film).

    • El Pizarrón says:

EXACTLY. They were pretty much using the same style film after film – Soul’s and now Luca’s animation styles are so refreshing!

    • The Movie Critic says:

@NightSeeker Klemont They aren’t mermaids tho

    • Yami says:

well its not just pixar lol? its 2021 they were kinda forced to do something new

    • Andrew Rothman says:

Funny, because I was about to say that all of the Pixar characters are starting to look very similar to me…

  12. Jonathan Diaz says:

Movies like this really makes me wish Italy was real, such a magical place

  13. Will Hendry says:

Me: Wow! It looks like this is just gonna be a little slice of life with no twists what so eve-

  14. Cartoon Getaway says:

I like how the character designs look so different from Soul and Toy Story 4. They avoided that trap that Disney Animation Studios falls into where all of the movies in a decade have similar style.

  15. SuperWiiBros08 says:

This art style is so cute, now I wonder how they’re gonna try to fit this into the pixar theory

  16. Giant Pink Cat says:

    “From the creators of Coco.”

  17. Germán Fernández says:

Me: *starts trailer* Okay, this looks pretty nice and colourful. Just some italian bois spending the summer and making new friends 🙂 I’m probably gonna watch this when it comes out.

    *they turn half-fish*

Me: 👁👄👁. Ok, I’m DEFINITELY gonna watch this when it comes out. Thank you, Pixar.

  18. Leonardo Stignozo says:

When the man said “scopa”, none of the opponents burst into an over-the-top profanity as a reply.

0/10 Unrealistic representation of the country.

  19. Azerrz says:

    oh that’s gonna be fun

  20. TheHumanFlintFun says:

This is the least cringe italian accent I’ve ever heard. I’m actually impressed but I shouldn’t have been a surprise, since the film director is actually from Genova.
