Great to see Disney getting back into the tradition of making original animated films

A new magical adventure from Disney featuring animation and music? I’m in!! 🎶✨

  3. David Emanuel Rosini says:

I can already sense that the moral of the story is: gift or no gift, we are all special in our own way

  4. David Emanuel Rosini says:

Her gift is being the first Disney female protagonist with glasses.

I feel like this movie is about self-discovery. Hoping the conflict/antagonist isn’t some bad guy but the doubt, isolation and the uncertainty the protagonist has with herself and her place in the family.

i mean, haven’t we had enough of these “villain-less” movies about the protagonists own insecurities and sefl-doubts 💀

    • DisneyFan87 says:

@- It’s funny how you all complain about these tropes being used over and over yet (I assume) you didn’t have a problem with films from the Walt era or the Disney Renaissance which also had plenty of cliches used more than once.

I’m not saying those cliches are bad, I just don’t get the double standard. Lol

I mean no film is 100% original for crying out loud!

      @DisneyFan87 Agree 💯

This is all i’m asking for. Yes.

@DisneyFan87 to be fair, i’m not really complaining or accusing disney of being unoriginal. i’m a huge disney fan and i’m super excited for this movie, i will surely love it.

i’m really just pointing out that these tropes have been used quite frequently in past disney movies, so the fact that people are asking for them to continue to be used is a bit funny to me. but it’s been a while since we’ve seen a proper, evil villain and i’d be lying if i said i didn’t miss them a bit.

  6. Kevin Lockhart says:

I’m definitely watching this movie, because of how much effort Disney put into making this original picture

ohh my godness!!! the movie looks amazing, I cant wait to see it, it really has so many details about my dear country; I promise I will be the first to see the movie; this will be the best birthday gift that could you give me (because the movie will arrive in my birthday).
    Greetings from Colombia

@Urvashi Goddess of Dance una cosita, me refiero a que la película se estrenará en mi cumpleaños, no que hoy es mi cumpleaños, por eso digo que “será el mejor regalo que podrían darme”. Pero gracias de todos modos

    • MoonBunny24 says:

Hey, we’ve got the same birthday! Awesome! I hope the movie turns out great!

    • Giulia Roberto says:

  8. Suni Glow says:

I already love Mirabel’s energy and talents I really REALLY hope she doesn’t get powers

She’s already extraordinary on her own

  9. Ravin' Ray says:

Maybe Mirabel is the only one who can complete the quest because she is the only one who knows how to live day-to-day without magic. And hopefully she doesn’t get a magic gift in the end, just to emphasize her uniqueness in that regard.

    • Philip Moore says:

@The Alpacat yep the whole “everyone has a special gift in the family except for the middle child” trope is so overdone in hollyweird lol. The first trailer didn’t have impress me to much but I’ll still be watching whenever it comes out

    • Naina Khan says:

Disney movie isn’t complete without magic.. ✨✨

    • Goboli6 says:

@Philip Moore She’s not the middle child, she’s the youngest.

    • Katia González Ledesma says:

That or she is the only one who can easily comunicate with the house. Maybe also because she can’t do magic.

    Looks doooope
