Donald talking about Community is exactly what I came for! Love to see it!!!

  5. Jared Muskovitz says:

I think this is actually the first time he has confirmed for real that he’s doing the community movie. He’s never been more definitive than that.

  6. Come Fast To Get Into My Body says:

He is low key one of the biggest minds and talents of our generation. So much creativity but all so humbly delivered.

  7. Brady and Jayde says:

Crazy how many great things came about in his career by chance. Just comes to show that he is a master of seeing opportunity where other’s don’t

    • Rudolph Beasley says:

@WhiteyArts you should come back after you watch the video.

    • WhiteyArts says:

@ShapeyFiend But what does he have to do with those shows?

    • Ryan B says:

He famously got a job writing for 30 Rock by submitting a spec script for The Simpsons, which is like… an unspoken rule NOT to do. Like, if you say you’re writing a spec for The Simpsons people will outright laugh at you. He’s just that good.

if you think that’s how the industry works then sure 😂😂😂

    • ShapeyFiend says:

I think anybody could have seen ahead of time that Wednesday and The White Lotus were going to be a hits.

  8. Aiden Hengel says:

I really appreciate the editing of this video and how it’s not clipped and shortened. Clearly he has a lot of wisdom and stories to share and it feels like that’s being respected here by just letting him talk and go off-topic as his brain flies around

  9. Big Guy says:

His explanation of why Atlanta s3 feels weird is actually genius and makes me appreciate it so much more

@sunky Asisa low key donald glover was the inspiration for miles morales. AND HE GOT TO VOICE HIM ONCE

    • Griffin Johnston says:

@Julian R It’s like you didn’t read his comment lol those things have nothing to do with each other

    • fruitxyikes says:

For the people asking why, he brought Miles into the mainstream in the Web Warriors mini series in the Ultimate Spider Man show by voice acting him, without that addition into a place outside of comics, no one would even care about Miles.

    • Julian R says:

@Ronald Retana “um akshuwaly” when they were announcing casting for the Amazing Spiderman movie initially, it was going viral that people wanted them to cast Donald as Peter. The pajamas were Donald and the writers acknowledging it. ❤

    • John Smith says:

@Ronald Retana I’d like to add that the scene even made it to Uncle Aaron’s TV screen in Into The Spider-Verse.

It was playing while Aaron and Miles were talking after the kid snuck out of his dorm.
