I do. Been watching about this since it first started in China. Our Country knew about this and our Government was so lacking in doing anything! I’m high risk trying to stay home but need certain things I can’t get for physical reasons. Than Jake, Dr Gupta and CNN for being there for us.

Travel was shutdown from China within 10 days of when we found out, if you will do research you will find out that the federal government has been moving as fast as possible on this new type of virus..this is a completely different virus than any of the others. But I will agree they know more about this than they are letting on..

    • Scott M says:

We knew about it long before we did anything. Dems were too busy with their bogus impeachment to worry about it !

    • E Gaming says:

CNN doesn’t care about people just look at what they did to Nick Sandmann, and trump has been on this since the impeachment trials.

  2. Tele Opinions says:

Just to bring it home. I have a friend who is sick with some of the symptoms of cover-19, he emailed his doctor and they told him to stay home and to call/email again if his fever was over 104. In other words, he cannot get a test. He has to wait until he’s sicker. So, that’s the reality for some people today. You still cannot get a test even if you think you’re infected. Be careful out there and be considerate of others.

    • Yolanda Denny says:

@Donn Mckee It’s the advice you get from most clinics. You must call in before you show up if you have COVID19 symptoms and that is the response. Stay home and call back if it gets worse. They don’t want you in their waiting rooms.

    • sam hawkz says:

@Yolanda Denny in all seriousness. I think I’m afraid that were afraid to find out the truth on numbers of infected! I’m in wa state and I can tell you right now. Please stock up on supplies before your state lockdowns. It happened so fast here. 1 day were told school are closed, following day no public gathering more than 250 people! 3 hours later it was down to 50 and then before you know it. Everything was ordered to shut down and now it’s just 10 people in gathering numbers. I can’t seem to buy food or toilet paper because it’s gone before I get to stores. I do have a month supply left because I was able to shop at costco before the outbreak. This will dragged on til August so stocking up is mandatory no matter what we assume or hear

    • Tele Opinions says:

@Donn Mckee – I suppose. If you’re sick that is not very comforting at all. My guess is that they are already following CDC and State guidelines and want to keep the tests and beds for those who are very ill.
I also think that the uncertainty makes people more anxious bc they don’t know if they have it or not or if it is the flu or something else. And, my friend also says that he feels guilty bc if he has it, he could have been spreading it when he was shopping for food at several grocery stores.

    • Tele Opinions says:

@Yolanda Denny – That doesn’t make sense bc you can be spreading cover-19 between 5 – 7 days without symptoms. So, how do you know who you got it from?

    • Michael Banuelos says:

Very scary shit for those of us with the ability to think logically.

  3. Maria Castilla says:

I would recommend for people to visit the John Hopkins university of medicine website. They seem to be more accurate with their data

    • valerie jones says:

I think they are the official trackers for this. Remember about time this is shared, the numbers have changed.

    • DAVID GOERTZ says:

CNN and Hollywood get paid by China, that’s why they get upset when you call the Covid19 virus the WUHAN virus.

  4. Elizabeth Coats says:

My husband is going to go stay at our farm house so he doesn’t accident transmit the virus to me. We will be separated for a while but it will be worth it if we both end up virus free.

  5. LAVIN20 says:

Unless economic guarantees are put in place, meaning moratorium to mortgages and bills, people will still go to work

Jason what? Maybe the banks themselves suffer, but the execs still get fat on bonuses during a taxpayer bailout.

I am and will even if I’m sick. Just the way it is. This is just a cold….and some people get a worse case. There are only 40 cases in my city of 1.1 million people and the entire government schools and stores are shut down. Grocery stores are stripped of bread, canned goods, water, hygeine products, soaps, meats. Over reacting? Yeah I do believe do

    • DOUGLAS HOTCHKISS says:

      @hey there thank you

    • Yolanda Denny says:

I think if you are lucky enough to have a job, you must do so. You can observe the other recommendations about cleanliness and social distancing. This is being responsible. Your social life is probably where you need to be more cautious.

    • Alex M says:

Teresa Shortnacy I agree and sadly may be a very real scenario. No value for human life until it should hit someone they care about. Russian roulette with innocent lives.

  6. Maggie Zhu says:

Correct! Please wake up, don’t wait until you see your family member go away, friends go away, neighbor go away… this is pandemic, this is disaster not conman flu!🙏

BE CAREFUL,,,THINK,,,BUT DONT GIVE DEMON RATS WHAT THEY WANT,,,MORE DEATHS,,,MORE PANIC,,,,RIOTS ETC THESE WILL GIVE DEMON RATS HOPE FOR NOV WAKE UP,,,YOU ALL CANNOT AFFORD TO BE THAT STUPID

    • Lance Miller says:

They have to go outside, people have to work and make money, The bank or the power company don’t care about the virus they still want their monthly payments. In order to really stop this virus America has to shut down and all these capitalist companies have to give Americans a pass on their bills until this is over. A majority of Americans live paycheck to paycheck they can’t afford to stay inside. I’m seeing all these people with money in the bank no debt at all with a fridge full of food telling poor people to stay inside

  9. Karen Cai says:

Not only the elderly with underlying conditions would die from this virus….Many people in their thirties died in Wuhan. Just be aware of that and stay home.

@substrate001 Verifiable data shows the Democrats Coronavirus Socialist Socialism🇨🇳 are responsible for killing men, women and children worldwide, NOT FREE MARKET CAPITALISM IN OUR REPUBLIC. Take a wack at Bill Clinton’s NAFTA and Obama’s failed trade policies, huge personal and corporate tax increases, huge debt producing inefficient Federal Government growth all destroying thousands of revenue producing free market jobs and businesses in USA.

@Michael Stuermer Yup. It will be interesting to see how it affects the professional athletes that got it.

    • Alex M says:

Kent Pull my job was affected by NAFTA. It was started by Reagan. Re-negotiated by daddy Bush and yes signed into law by Clinton with Senate support of 34 Republicans and 24 Democrats. I don’t particularly care for either party it’s the rich and richer vs the working class and poor. Don’t think Trump or anyone else gives a damn about anyone of us until it hits their bank accounts. So…

    • The Sonic Volcano says:

Thank you! Finally someone who point out this thing, “young people” feel immune to this thing but they aren’t. We, in Italy, have a lot of very young patiences in intensive care.

  10. Adam W. says:

If only people’s stupidity only affected themselves.

  11. Daniel Minutilli says:

Do the math. If 50% get it, like 3 million dead. Something like that. Stay home, flatten the curve. Quarantine those from Spring Break. Not a joke.

  12. T S says:

Exactly! It’s selfish to buy two carts full of anti-bacterial soap when others need it too! Come on America demand better!!

  13. 928_N8TVE_ Bïø says:

Johnny Cash “when the man comes around” listen to the words long written down y’all.

  14. Jeremy S says:

So, the key question is, once you’re exposed to it, how long does it take till you can spread it, and more importantly, how long till your body defeats it and you can no longer spread it to others? If we quarantine for 2 or 3 weeks, is that enough to break the chain?

It really has nothing to do with symptoms, because that varies with each person, I believe. Not everyone even gets a fever.

  15. Sarah Pierre says:

This message that keeps being touted, that the young are gonna be fine, feeds into their invincibility complex and makes them act irresponsibly. You’re right, it will be these ones that spread it to the ones it kills. 😔

  16. Mat Winner says:

People not complying should be forced into full quarantine! It’s gonna require emergency measures with the army within a few weeks, just watch

  17. uthamanj says:

“Human nature to not pay attention to something until it smacks you in the face.”…………………..That’s pretty dead on accurate.

    • Stephanie Barrett says:

      “Dead” is very accurate.

    • Europa says:

American nature. Other countries are taking this much more serious than us.

    • Paulina De Luca says:

Its because being skeptical has its advantages, and you shouldn’t believe in everything you hear. But! there’s comes a point where you have to ask yourself. *IF* what they say is real, will it hurt more to over-prepare or under-prepare for the tragedy.

Anybody who thinks it’s a better idea to under prepare, will get exactly what’s coming for them. Survival of the fittest. Help, warn, warn, warn, get called crazy over and over, keep warning, and people STILL DONT LISTEN!?!? Those people that put themselves in harms way, despite being warned over and over again, don’t deserve the IMMEDIATE health care after contracting the virus. Soon, if it hasn’t happened already, the hospital will be PACKEDDDDDD from all of these morons who turned down medical advices.

  18. Anachronist XS says:

“Our health system does so many thing so well…”
    Name three!

    • Trevor Philips says:

By far highest number of ICUs per capita in the world… 3x most major countries.

Probably about the only 1 that helps with a pandanus. Maybe R&D, or production of medical equipment. USA was highly unprepared for this but because if big pharma, can scale production like no other (when given the proper incentive).

(Not American BTW. A weakness of yours is rather poor # of hospital beds per capita …. but TBH the ICU per capita figure is a lot more important.)

  19. CM Davies says:

American culture is all about self and “I got mine, screw you” so the lack of care about spreading this around isn’t a surprise. At all. Only when the majority gets sick will real change be made.

    • Michael Banuelos says:

Yup, and then it will be too late. But that’s what is going to happen because well, we kinda stupid.

    • luis hernan says:

It’s not that bad for people under 30 the symptom are usually mild children for some reason are una affected

  20. Bereck David says:

The tone of the federal government didnt give anyone the idea it was anything important. It was given the weight of the common cold.
