This show has so many sob stories it’s unbelievable. Some are so forced and have nothing to do with the act. This show is based on their talent not how good you are at telling your sad stories. Sorry but it seems like every year an average sob story act makes it far.

  2. ComedyGold says:

Who else thinks the contestants shouldn’t be able to give a background, but just their name and age? It should be judged off of talent, and if this was, this was mediocre of a performance.

  3. Gotham Knight says:

Thank god her dad didn’t start a meth lab.

  4. This Guy Is Crazy says:

i knew I’d scroll down and see bitches crying about “sob stories”…….I mean its really what makes Got Talent Great……the fact the you can understand the contestant personal drive and motivation etc

  5. Axel XD says:

oh look another emotional singer with a sad backstory

  6. Cathal Smurf says:

I know why people are giving out about her sop story. I think she deserves some credit she can sing. I think that her voice is something unique. It was her talent that got her to the next round, not her sob story.

  7. Austin Stroud says:

Imagine if she turned out to be crap? Lol awkward 😂

  8. I come in Peace says:

Sh*t another emotional back story singer.

  9. Natalie Hill says:

Honestly I’m glad that she didn’t get the golden buzzer it’s literally every time a singer with a *sad* story gets the buzzer *every time*

  10. Reagan Butrum says:

Strop saying that she only got the yeses because of her story. She has a pretty voice, you can hear the emotion when she’s singing.

  11. Sophia Zhao says:

My friend and I have this deal- if one of us dies, somehow, in the next four years, the other has to go on AGT and perform (you can with a partner, doesn’t have to be singing). Idk why we made this deal, but I guess it’s a show of remembrance? If the time ever comes where I have to go up there, this makes me feel like maybe I shouldn’t tell the story or I would cry my eyes out before singing. (I’m an emotional person)

  12. Cereal says:

    Theres more shows for singers:
    X factor
    The Voice
    American Idol
    and More

  13. Ayaz Kabir says:

This season of Agt is really special…. We have a deaf singer…A singer who survived plane crash and someone who’s father is fighting for his life….. Really it’s great to see so much talents together….

  14. VirgilEmerald 's says:

    singing starts at 3:29

  15. The Buff Barbarian says:

this is probably the longest conversation in agt before an act

  17. Han Solo says:

    where is that

Hi Hi it’s Ty Ty thing?

  18. AJP83 says:

SOB STORIES should NOT be broadcast on any Talent show. It gives the contestant an unfair advantage over others especially when it is a kid. Look at that girl from BGT getting the golden buzzer because of her illness. They were no where near good enough and were not put through because of their talent. Why have they not thought of AGSS…AMERICAS GOT SOB STORIES!

  19. Jennifer Kim says:

Her voice is okay ; she sounds like a grace Vanderwall wannabe. She’s inspiring , and I hope her dad survives and beats cancer though.

  20. itsAnnabelle says:

She sang so beautifully after she cried! After I cry I sound like the hobbit ..
