Is boosting your intelligence still gonna give you more points every time

I wonder who was in charge of making these videos. He/she and his/her team
really needs a round of applause.

Hope to see a mod where you can create your own follower (kinda like
    creating Frankenstein, piece by piece).

There are no cars in Fallout 4, people. That perk is called V.A.N.S. (Vault
Assisted Navigation System) and it will work kind of like how the spell
Clairvoyance did in Skyrim. It simply makes navigating to your destination
easier. “There was a car in Fallout 2!” This isn’t Fallout 2 so that
argument is just as valid as me saying “There were no cars in Fallout 3!”
Neither argument holds any weight here but if they did they’d just cancel
each other out. “Vertibirds are confirmed!” Yes, they were in the trailer.
Did you see the player character flying it though? No. It will work like
they did in Fallout 3 and New Vegas where you are in a scripted event and
are forced to get into one to progress the quest. Only difference is they
made them more fun to ride in this time around. Instead of a loading screen
we seem to be able to shoot a minigun. Now, I know a lot of people like the
terrible, God awful idea of cars in the Boston Wasteland but, thankfully,
that’s not going to happen so chill out and get over it. Sorry.
