I really love the Best Ending. You’re not only save yourself and Freddy, but also the antagonist Vanny, since she’s not really evil due to being brainwashed herself.

From how the “Best Ending is wholesome since everybody’s safe, including the brainwashed/mind-controlled Vanny” to “Is Vanny and Vanessa the same or different person”, and then some of us become English teacher, and then there’s a random guy slap us with a Bible verse out of nowhere.
