JR’s commentary On Keith Lee just shot his rocket to the moon. Can’t get better than JR singing your praises.
The greatest of all times on the mic
What’s he supposed to say?
These commentators are fucking bums that bring down the star power of everyone that they do commentary for, it’s as bad as Michael Cole’s scripted commentary.
That’s the commentators job to showcase them while getting them excited not to just to smart fans because they know who Keith Lee is, what this mountain of a man can do but its the casuals who could be on the brink on being new fans of the show gotta get them acclimated somehow. At least it keeps me awake than the other show though Pat has been refreshing but the formula is as stale as dried up meatloaf.
him and Tony Schiavone
Isaiah’s expression when he saw Keith Lee … masterpiece. What a theme , what a debut .. loved it .
Hey private party Keith Lee is all elite
Lee moves a lot like Vader used to. Impressive agility.
He probably had the time of his life against him!
Isiahs look of “well, see you guys on the other side” was priceless
@hiih glad you love the same 4 dudes in the same 4 matches
That intro itself, the way he walks, the confidence he exhibits, shows how big of a star he could have been. But Vince didn’t wanna utilize him. Bearcat my a**
@Cowboy Camden for a Disney character
I mean Bearcat is a cool nickname
I just love the expression Keith has as he’s walking into the ring. Basking in the fans approval. He’s finally found his home.
I do like that this wasn’t a complete squash match and Isiah was able to get a few shots in before losing. It foreshadows that Keith can be taken down by the right opponent… who I hope won’t appear for at least a few months.
Don’t mess this up, AEW. Keith Lee can be an absolute powerhouse main eventer if given the correct push, but if you screw it up, you could end up with the Bearcat again…
I mean the Bearcat nickname is cool
It also makes sense that Isiah got some offense, Private Party just challenged for the tag championship last week.
Here’s the thing.
They won’t.
You have to give Kassidy credit. His selling was absolutely outstanding. He made Keith Lee look like an absolute monster.
This. Dude put him OVER! How pro wrestling should be.
I don’t this he was sell some of those move . That’s a lot of weight coming at him
he always sells good
@Aaron Higgs I love how much fun everyone is obviously having in AEW
He will make all the aew talent look like flies
LOVE how Justin Roberts introduces him, absolutely sublime
Nah that’s getting old
Great chemistry between the two. Glad Keith Lee has gotten his momentum back
I think I’ve watched this like 4 times, Lee is just so good, he just oozes charisma.
That “Ooh, bask in his glory” song from the crowd was amazing!
The crowd was hot all night, even for Dark Elevation and Rampage
This dude’s a game changer!
@Methos A year ago they were getting 650-850k now they’re consistently doing 850k-1.1m million. Wtf are you talking about?
From shit to fuckin’ shit.
Nah, ratings will stay the same unfortunately 🤷🏾♂️
game changer lol I bet you say that for every new recruit.
@Matteo Mochi They also said the promotion itself was going to change the game, is a revolution and a phenomenon that would bring back jaded wrestling fans, but that wasn’t true either.
