@Pinky Almeroth no it’s not. They did it for competitive. Next chapter for comp it’s solos or squads and if it’s either one the map get really laggy especially with the builds that’ll be placed. They dgaf about zero builds…..
@Haxskull 504 nah, this map is kinda boring now and I see the chapter as an extension to chapter 2, if they do it sometimes then I’ll be ok with it

Even tho we only get 4 seasons in this chapter, I can’t wait to see what epic has in store for us to come in chapter 4. And if the event as they say is “40 minutes long” then this will be one of the biggest events in Fortnite and of course time wise.
The event with animations and stuff will most likely be 15 minutes like usual and then we will get to do quests either before or after the main event
It looks like when we load in to the Fracture event, we are going to spawn by the Reality Tree. If you slow it down at the end, the Loopers set up a base at a wooden area. We are going to take the fight up to the Herald!

I realised that the structure at the end of the trailer is a base on top of the reality tree and it looks like they are defending it from the herald which can be seen a couple of frame before that in the tornado. I m really hyped for this end of chapter event <3
I think the reason they are at the reality tree is that they can pick up the paradigms messages from the other reality
I’m so hyped. They always manage to somehow top all of their events, so I can’t wait to see where this one goes. Chapter 4, here we come!

@Godzilla Yes, 4-4:40 pm EST is the event runtime I’m pretty sure, but I think it’s 10 minutes of pre-game stuff and then the actual event, so technically 30 minutes which is still crazy. Most other events have only been atleast 15 minutes

The fact that this event is gonna be the longest one in the history of fortnite, just shows how much fortnite cares for their fans and players.
@Luis vega they said that you’d be able to join for 40 mins after it starts at 4pm EST. With all the wordplay in “reforging reality”, maybe it’s another community vote like in ch1 s8? We could literally be in the void, voting on how to piece reality back together, etc.
thus why I think the event is 15-20 mins per usual, but the joining in during it feature may have been for this voting system near the end. I mean remember the controversy over the ch1 s8 voting event being broken for more than half of people trying to watch it in game? If I remember correctly, we haven’t had an event like that (voting system live in game) since then.
