More than 4,400 arrests have been made at demonstrations nationwide since video emerged showing former Minneapolis Officer Derek Chauvin holding his knee to Floyd’s neck for more than eight minutes. On Monday, President Donald Trump chastised governors for failing to halt the looting, vandalism and violence.

Nova RL this shit has been going on waaaay before trump. Open your eyes. It’s systematic not because of one president. All presidents are equally guilty

@Nova RL I’m feeling bad for Trump. He’s getting targetted by his citizens just because few police lost their minds

Ok, but those who actually control that government are Democrats. They’re the ones who have the power to not punish these crooks as harshly as they should. They’re the ones who allow it to happen in Minneapolis not all the presidents u funking tard

    • Proton says:

@Nova RL chill fam. I’m talking about the riots, not the peaceful protests. I’m not trying to be offensive, just making a joke because I thought you were talking about the riots and not the decent protesting.

Never, ever. The 2020 presidential election would’ve still done the favor if there was no pandemic or protests. Even so, what’s been happening since 2016 proved a worldwide crisis is now inevitable. And if there’s anything I’ve learned it’s:
      1) This decade could already be at the brink of being the black sheep of the 21st century.
      2) Even if the pandemic ends at least a year or two from now, there’s going to be a huge cultural shift that hasn’t been so major since WW2.
What we all thought would be 2020-2029 is now replaced with so much dismay. The risks of WW3 happening, Covid-19, and now the protests are going to leave a bloody scar that will be difficult to heal. So much will change among the public because of the impacts and fear that may impact the future drastically. Usually, I feel changes like this were very unlikely in modern times, but with this year of disaster that we’re in, there will no doubt be some severe changes that we never thought would happen.

Where are all those US cabinet members and lawmakers who were so vocal during Hong Kong riots and stood for the protesters? They spent American taxpayers’ money to draft, deliberate, discuss and vote on laws to ensure democracy was upheld in China. They spend so much time and energy making sure that Hong Kong people enjoy their freedom. Instead of dealing with domestic issues, they are so busy making sure that Chinese citizens get their freedom. They even invited Hong Kong protesters leaders to address United States Congress! It doesn’t take a genius to figure out who paid for their travel expenses and living expenses while in US. They even gave this kid, Joshua Wong, a standing ovation for his freedom speech! So, what the hell all these lawmakers are doing, using taxpayers’ money, spending their time and energy to ensure freedom and democracy is being upheld abroad, but completely ignore their own people? The very own people who pay their salaries? Why don’t they stand for the American protesters? None of the lawmakers who stood for Hong Kong protesters, has come out to voice their support for American protesters! Why don’t they invite the American protesters to deliver a speech in Congress? Why is the freedom of Hong Kong so much more important than the very freedom of American people? Strange! So strange!!

ROCK STEADY So you want people to die for protesting a situation that should have been over decades ago. Of course corona is an issue but imagine if the US portrayed people as equal maybe everyone would be home and not protesting

    • Uncovered Snapgrouch says:

      I think protesters could win

    • Uncovered Snapgrouch says:

Cause the US will either respond to racism or let the country have a big civil war. I really believe majority of the country is fed up with racism
