Garcia quit, but even if he didn’t quit – he’s exactly who intelligent boxing fans thought he was, a pretty face who has raw talent but is marginal at best as a tactician. If they fought again, no reason to believe that Tank wouldn’t be more confident having felt Garcia out and KO him more emphatically.
