The choir from South Africa was so inspired by Nightbirde’s story, and her song “It’s Ok” that they chose to cover it. The beautiful tribute left everyone emotional, and for the first time in AGT history the Golden Buzzer was awarded by the audience!

    Nightbirde said, “You can’t wait until life isn’t hard anymore before you decide to be happy.” Her song is very meaningful to everyone from the bottom of our hearts. And they deserve to get not only the group golden buzzer, but also everyone’s golden buzzer.

    You can’t watch this and not tear up!! Knowing the Nightbird’s story, seeing how passionate the choir doing the tribute are, watching the reaction of the audience, hearing the emotion of the judges, these tears can’t help but slide down! Thank you AGT..

    This is actually the first time I see Simon Cowel with outpouring emotions. This was indeed a great audition. I actually see them winning this competition this year. Their choreography and singing arrangement is brilliant. No other choir does it this way

    I could feel Nightbirde’s energy throughout that entire performance. So beautiful. I am literally out of breath from crying my eyes out. When Simon became emotional, I lost it. I am so overwhelmed with emotions, but I wish their choir the best! ❤
