    Myopia was thought to be caused by lack of exposure to sunlight. So it
    doesn’t mean looking at a monitor / phone directly causes nearsightedness,
    but indirectly since people who do so frequently are unlikely to be doing
    so outside with sun exposure.

    I think the human body and/or race will adapt to phones. Like how we
    adapted to standing on two feet, our genetics will change to adapt to these
    radio frequencies/transmissions and blue light.
