After completing this video, we learned what’s the medical problem Snowbird is suffering from that causes the weakness in her hind legs. The source of the problem is actually in her HEART and her condition is called: Cardiac Shunt.

Later on today the cardiologist will determine if we can fix this with surgery or by managing this condition with medication. Please keep your fingers crossed for her, and if you can, please get your own Lucky Leash today and ALL the funds will go towards her medical care: https://www.HopeForPaws.org

If you would like to adopt Snowbird, please contact our friends at ART N’ Paws: http://www.ARTnPawsAnimalRescue.org – they have been so amazing in working with the neurologist and cardiologist.

Hope For Paws will of course pay for all of her medical care and I just wanted to thank you all for your support.

She seemed very ‘clean’ actually to be on the streets. Maybe she just went out and they though she was abandoned as if dogs don’t run away to play, too… I say this because I foster dogs and cats, too and there have been times when they just go out to play and get dirty and stuff and people immediately think they were abandoned because we’re too used to think an animal cannot be independent. . .

S H How scared she was is not what you would expect from a dog with a home. Especially when you compare it to the way she acts at the end.

S H independent? Roads are not a safe place for our pets.

Exactly!!! Maybe it’s even person that owns that van. That would explain why the dog kept hiding under that van.. If you notice the dog had a pink collar.

No microchip though. That definitely isn’t smart.

At the beginning of every videos, the dogs are in hopeless despair. Their tails don’t wag and are tucked away in between their legs. Their faces look sad 😟 and all hope seems lost…😞 and Hope Paws come to the rescue of the dogs who need them most, and to the ones who desperately need their help.
And then always at the end of the video, the same desperate, despairing and sad dog have their tails high in the air, wagging from side to side in a happy waggy frenzy 🐩😁 And with a great big dog-smile upon their gorgeous adorable dog faces! That’s my most favorite part 😊 πŸ’™πŸ’šβ€οΈ
