Before 1.14 the exp would be given to you in the actual exp form, but after 1.15 it was changed to it just adding to your exp bar, so it’s even more efficient than other times people did it, like when ssundee made the exact same design on his mc world, tried to get to level 1000, and almost crashed his game due to lag =D

Imagine a new viewer watching this and see him teleport to spawn with a button and say that he need to on the mob switch. They’ll think he is cheating LOL
i recommend building a witch farm using a normal or dual witch hut as you can get farmable Redstone, glowstone, spider eyes (they also drop bottles, sticks and gunpowder but you dont need more of those)
