Here goes the most anticipated #SpiderManNoWayHome 0.25x Breakdown Part 2. Lads, there are some incredible details in this one, lemme know which one was your favorite, cheers!

“I did watch this movie 8 times in the theaters”

    Sounds like a treat tbh

  3. The Human Spider says:

I love that Andrew’s “I love you guys” was unscripted.

“That was just me loving them.” – Andrew Garfield

I think the reason The Goblin went from genuine fear to legitimately laughing when Peter starts hitting him is because he realized that Peter isn’t putting his full strength into his punches. Peter is fully capable of straight up decapiting someone with one punch. Goblin’s whole goal was to make Peter abandon his morals (he pulls his punches because he knows they’re lethal AF.) Once Goblin realizes this, he stops being afraid and starts laughing. That’s why he killed May. Even TASM said he “eventually stopped pulling his punches” (basically saying he started wrecking people.)

Great breakdown! I was just thinking what you said about Tobey being best Peter Parker and Andrew being best Spider-Man and then you mentioned it 🤣

  6. DarkF33 says:

I think the part where tobey takes more damage then Andrew when fighting electro, is because of Andrew’s rubber suit as it is mentioned in TASM2

  7. DatBoiJ_420 says:

The electro bit is actually wrong about Tobey being old and taking more damage, the reason Andrew is fine is because that suit can withstand electricity better

Saying that this movie was a masterpiece would be a bit of an understatement. And this maybe a theory but I believe that Peter has heard the “With Great Power there must also come Great Responsibility” line before, after Aunt May told him that line she did a nod of approval as if he was familiar with the line and Peter nods back and says something like “yeah…”. And I believe that Peter was forgotten but not wiped from existence, he still has a birth certificate, a bank account/form of income, a social security number, and an education. I just think he’s not finishing the school year on purpose (dropping out), and just getting his GED to get his diploma and eventually go to MIT where MJ and Ned could possibly remember him again.

I love when Andrew’s Spiderman is saying he loves the other Spidermen it’s crazy when you think about how, Peter Parker as a character has barely had any self love and moments of truly feeling happy and enjoying how he is in life (except for when Toby lost his powers, and no longer stressed about superhero stuff), Peter in all three iterations had alot of courage to build up through their respective stories and had to power through adversity almost completely alone, so to hear that from not only someone who understands and can relate to what you feel, but that person is also you? That’s a breakthrough of years of self doubt, and is a huge weight lifted off of each Spiderman that they didn’t know was there, they now have the full confidence of themselves and that’s something they all needed to hear in that moment. and the fact it was adlibed and not only fit but elevated the movie, is a true testament to how fantastic Andrew Garfield is a Spiderman.

It’s absolutely amazing how they were able to balance all the characters in the movie and not miss a single beat. I remember when I first saw it, the pacing in the beginning of the movie seemed too quick but later it allows for the movie to fall into place so much easier. They did something great by using that “classic-ness” from the raimi era and combining it with the MCU. Seeing Tobey and Andrew reprise their roles is amazing.
