I wonder if these are x8 or x16 dies? I’ve heard it has pretty significant difference in memory latency.

In the past 2 years the following *FACTS* have happened:

      1. We’ve sent over 1000 rockets into space.
      2. We’ve been given a VIRUS.
      3. We’ve been told YOU MUST BE VACCINATED.
      4. All Telescopes on this planet are currently pointing in the same direction.
      5. The Weather Patterns have changed.
      6. The Gulf Stream is slowing down.
      7. Fresh water lakes are drying up.
      8. Volcanoes are becoming more active
      9. Elon Musk is building underground tunnels under major U.S. cites.
10.Gates is buying up all the U.S. Farmland.

*Everything I’ve said above is fact*

      Do you understand why?

I don’t take a side in the CPU wars, but I am absolutely thrilled that close competition seems to be back. Also, the new studio is looking sharp!

    • Srinath Shettigar says:

250w stock. is this a intel GPU? lol.

    • Doktor Peel OFFICIAL says:

@Srinath Shettigar Ya, I was really hoping for a substantial power saving. I’m not upgrading any time soon, but would have been nice to see them make a move in the right direction.

    • Jack Winter says:

@Doktor Peel OFFICIAL they did? They’re not wasting sand like the 11 series

    • Black and Red Pill says:

That’s a great statement you made. I’m not a fanboy of either since I’ve own both brands in the past. ATM I’m on a Ryzen X570 chipset and I want to do 1440p to 4k gaming. If and when good gaming GPUs ever go down to MSRP or close to it and they’re actually in stock since I don’t play games that require high refresh rates I’m happy with getting between 60 to 120FPS. At those resolutions if AMD happens to lower the price of their 5900X I’d buy that CPU and I’d set for a while. Now if I was looking to build a brand new platform it would be a different story and I may have considered the Intel CPUs, but I don’t feel like wasting my money on a new motherboard, expensive DDR5 RAM, a new custom AIO liquid cooler that actually fits socket 1700 and possibly a new PSU. The economy ATM sucks so I don’t want to spend extra money if I don’t need to.

  5. Shukterhouse Jive says:

I was wondering what magic trick Intel pulled to get those numbers and then I saw the power charts. This is why I’m skeptical of two-tier core designs in desktop packages, you can’t hedge your bets on only hitting the big cores in short bursts like a phone and you can’t tune the package to hell and back like the M-series chips. Should be a killer arch for laptops at least

  6. E M says:

When everyone posts about a new release, GN is always the first to watch.

“Probably better off as sand on a beach somewhere” that absolutely killed me
