Juicy Chicken Breast – You Suck at Cooking (episode 65)

The key to making a juicy chicken breast is to not use powdered chicken. The trick is to use dry chicken, then dunk it in water. Mmmm.

I made this and now my house is flooded because of all the juice. My house missed being flooded from the storm but now we get to join our neighbors by piling all of our stuff on the front lawn. Thanks ysac.

Wait a minute.  I thought you put the onion on 350 and it stays on 350.  You can actually set an onion to something else?  I thought that was the only number you cook at.  Will it actually stay on 400 now?  What will become of all of the other recipes now that the onion is on 400?

165 degrees is the temperature where harmful stuff(in chicken) is instantly killed. Time is a factor though since it only takes a few seconds at 160 to achieve the same results. In practice you can cook chicken breast as low as 150 degrees safely. This is even juicier since meat literally squeezes itself dry as it gets hotter.
