Every generation of soccer lovers falls at least once in love with Ajax. My father with Cruyff’s Ajax, me with Van Gaal’s Ajax and my children with this Ajax.

  9. Tris Matu says:

They might as well win the cup, they are playing really good and captained by a 19 year old

Told a coworker I have money on Ajax two weeks ago and he laughed now I’m $20 richer.

Juventus played horrible turnover after turnover the game should have finished must less dramatically with Ajax winning by 4 goals again. Piss poor performance from Juvetnus.

+TheSoccerGorilla Don’t make accusations about me I didn’t get to see the first half of the game only the second half. I didn’t really analyze it. Literally I just rewatched the goal i see now that it’s wasn’t an offside my mistake.

    • joe fernandez says:

I will say I did see the second half and ajax was out playing juventus what a great game for ajax.

    • TheSoccerGorilla says:

This young Ajax reminds me of the golden era Ajax of the 70’s and 80’s. Great football playing!

    • Antonio D. says:

Especially considering they’re continuing to whore off their players to Barcelona, just like the 70s with Cruyff and Neeskens. This club evidently lacks long-term integrity. Sellouts.

    • Steeve Cantave says:

+Antonio D. Although your comment seems to be out of bitterness, lol, I agree with you. It’s disgraceful that a team like Ajax is there as a farm system for rich clubs.

    • tarikovic tariko says:

      And the 90’s too

    • Jose Arellano says:

Steeve Cantave Your perspective is superbly different from an Ajax player standpoint. They see it more as an opportunity.

If it wasn’t for juve goalie szczensny, this March would have finished 6-1 ?

Jesus that team is so terrifying how impressive they’re playing.

  17. Edvard Isayan says:

As a Juventus fan, I am obviously disappointed about the defeat and the poor quality of play from our team, but I really hope this Ajax team make the final as they’re selling their best players next season (de Jong agreed a deal with Barca and de Ligt will definitely move to either Barca or Bayern).

When you sim an away match in fifa

  19. Joshua Chiwuzie says:

This proves that the captain of a team should be the player that is most consistent and brings the best out of his team. Seniority in the team should not matter if the player cannot play good football consistently to help the team (Ashley Young). Yes, I’m a salty Man Utd fan. Yes, my team is shit. You don’t need to tell me

  20. Logan Ramos says:

This was no miracle, a miracle is going up and then defending for dear life. Ajax schooled Juventus over the two legs with beautiful Cruyff style free-flowing football and should have had 3 or 4 in the second half. At this point with the way they are playing they should be considered real contenders. Any team facing them would be silly to underestimate their talent and tactical awareness.
