@Music Bar I know several people with social anxiety, they do not communicate, so I find that maybe, just maybe, she’s lying, if you knew someone with a mental health disability, then you will understand it is an actual disability, then compare that with every explanation she just gave about herself, because people with social anxiety would never explain anything, especially on camera 💯

  2. Roxy Reyes says:

I hope she is able to overcome her anxiety its hard to deal with it celebrity or not.

    • soul says:

@gigi gigi i don’t think it’a harder. but different to navigate. your old issues are replaced with new ones, but the feeling is all similar.

    • gigi gigi says:

@soul you have more eyes on you as a celeb, and there’s more pressure to not f up

    • Adriana Garcia says:

I actually feel like it might be a lot worse when you’re a celebrity because you’re living under a magnifying class where people make a big deal out of minor flaws.

Anxiety being a magnifying glass to only negative things is so true.

  6. Priyanka Jain says:

She was just 10 years old when the whole world started judging her and that must have major impact on her anxiety and should give major credit to Kendall as she has maintained a steady mind and not let every hate comment or others opinion get to her !! Really Respect and Proud about her ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve had anxiety for over 20 years. And people who never experienced real anxiety, does not understand how it feels. I almost died. I couldn’t eat. I couldn’t sleep. It comes and goes for no apparent reason and sometimes we feel like breaking down and crying. I pray for all to get over this horrible thing.

    • kauigirl808 says:

@Janette Lugo Yes patience is the key to healing. I had to learn that I’m not going to get better just over night. Takes time. My anxiety was so bad I didn’t even think about being judged. I’d force myself to walk outside in my pajamas if I had to. If I wanted to get better, I knew I would have to just get up, get out, and do something. Even if it was just to step outside or try to take a walk.
      Glad you’re better!!

    • kauigirl808 says:

@Rebecca Sandra glad you’re seeing a therapist to help you through this!!

    • kauigirl808 says:

Meditation is what saves me. I’ve been practicing it and it really helps to calm my mind and when the anxiety comes I meditate and breathe.

    • Rebecca Sandra says:

@kauigirl808 Yeah, I’ve been seeing a therapist for years and I also meditate and i fond thats helped immensely too, i also remind myself when its happening “this too will pass” “its just temporary” “you are okay and you are safe” ❤

    • kauigirl808 says:

@Rebecca Sandra I say that too!!

  8. Bianca Arendse says:

It must be scary having anxiety and being a celeb. You’re scared that people are watching and judging you.. When in fact, they actually are.. So it’s not just in your head

  9. Harpreet Bains says:

Everyone literally thinks she’s rude but I think that’s just her anxiety. She’s been in the spotlight since she was like 9 and whenever anyone has something to say about her or her family it’s always negative. I feel like she just has her guard up and puts on a face because she thinks everyone hates her. I love her and I’m glad she’s doing this series.

    • Alina yazmine says:

I agree but she comes off stuckup

    • qazedc3 says:

      That’s literally me 😖

    • K Sree says:

@L G her relationship with her mom is definitely unique though, like her mom was basically managing her as a public personality since she was 8. I think if we as normal people have expectations of how she should behave towards her mom without knowing what that’s like it’s not really fair. Like, she talked about having shortness of breath as a 10 year old and going to her mom, then now realizing that was probably anxiety, you have to wonder if she has resentment towards her mom for that time in her life. Also I do think Kris kind of encouraged her kids to act bratty and over the top sometimes for the cameras, but when you grow up with that it’ll actually become the normal dynamic.

    • nostalgia nostalgia says:

She’s like that with her family.Yes she has anxiety but she’s also us just rude

    • I want it all says:

@L GShe is not rude, she is just like all people. Many people judge her based on her reactions to the paparazzi and the way she fights with her family, but this is how each of us would react.

  10. ItzKeisha says:

Ughh I love Dr Ramani , she has impacted my life in many ways already !!🤘🏾🤘🏾
