This fight was worth „ GOLD“ for Chimaev ! A lot to learn for him , he got humbled and underestimated burns . He still did a good job ! If he does his HW he will come back more composed , stronger and sharper . The most important thing to learn for khamzat today was to use his head too when fighting he can’t walk down everyone … especially not burns !

@Dame I wasn’t watch that interview but I watch full match. He was lucky to come out as a winner. Actually the fight was draw and could go either way..
Khamzat he couldn’t beat on stand guys like Camru or Leon Edward and on. He should be like Khabib in ground. Let us see what the future holds for him
@Bonny Mathebula khabib he was a different beast, he could grapple even bigger guys like Camru Usman and he could wrestle anybody..
People are being hard on Khamzat after this fight but to me it just proved how much of a true fighter he really is. Tough af and still learning. Respect to both what a fight.
@CaE Spartan I’m not taking anything away from khamzats fight.. the only reason he managed to get this fight was from his dominating previous wins but it just shows how difficult the top contenders are compared to his previous contenders.. he clearly can’t rag doll these lot like he used to do and he was a lot sloppier than we thought too.. I do agree that Colby will more than likely turn down the fight but personally Colby would outwork khamzat on the feet. The wrestling would be closer than you think imo, doesn’t mean to say that khamzat wouldn’t be better on the ground tho
@Dwaine Brown i bet that Khamzat beats colby much easier then he beat Burns, but I agree that Usman would be the favorite if they fought now, but everyone seems to forget that this was Khamzats 11 fight lol and he alredy beat the #2 guy not many fighters has managed to do that, of the top of my head I remember maybe 2 has done that before. People talking like chimaev is a veteran. Tbh I think colby is the easiest match-up for him but we will see who’s right I’m the end xd. Sadly I think that colby will do everything in hes power to stay away from Khamzat!

@EasyWare UK You’re mistaken, adesanya is not a bjj world champ like burns, he’s given up his back to whittaker and vettori, I think khamzat beats adesanya but loses to usman and whittaker, he beats colby though

that’s what. When he was all excited and started running during the Entrance….I knew he gonna waste a lot of energy on this fight…his excitement took him only. I wish he gets mature and learns from this…and I believe he should get at least 2 wins before fighting Usman.
