    Simple, yet elegant, and amazing

    • Tak Giant says:

If its simple then i dare you to do it and post it on your channel, i will check back in a month.

    • Sandra Hackett says:

Tak Giant the video is simple not the music. I’ve been playing violin since I was 5, I know my music. This video is simple in that she doesn’t have a huge set and extra dancers in it. Get it, got it, good!

    • Yitzy F says:

Sandra Hackett people don’t appreciate simplicity anymore…. Cgi requires everything to be earthshaking…. What a shame .. I love Lindsay for this reason…..

    • Christopher Tsiliacos says:

“This video is simple in that she doesn’t have a huge set and extra dancers in it.” I agree. And it is “simple” as in ‘innocent’ – free from duplicity; and it is “simple” as in ‘modest’ – free from vanity, “yet elegant and amazing.”

    • Natalie Ortega says:

What part of that was simple

*Everyone else:* This is so beautiful
*Me:* Why doesn’t that piano have any pedals???

    • MasterMech77 says:

Not all pianos have foot pedals, some have knee pedals for the sustain and damper stop. The piano used in this video looks like it was just for show.

    • Uniqueorn Baby says:

      I think it’s a harpsichord. As I remember they don’t have pedals

    • MasterMech77 says:

      Uniqueorn Baby
It doubt it is a harpsichord, much too short of a profile to work properly. The harpsichord, is basically a harp that you play with keys. The mechanism “plucks” the strings as opposed to being hammered in a piano. The sound of a harpsichord is very sharp sounding vs a pianos sound. PLUS there have been many examples of harpsichords with pedals, some with many pedals , and even multiple rows of keys. But really that does not even matter, since there are pianos that don’t have pedals as well. YES they are very old and some of the “original” examples… but nothing is standardized when it comes to hand crafted string instruments, that rely on the craftsman’s artistry to make it unique. SO anything is possible, and there are endless variations of differences. each and every instrument sound different, even ones make by the same craftsman using the same materials.

    • Thea J says:

I was just noting that neither instrument appears (they could be hidden) to be micced and while I know she does play pretty much everything live it is likely that while the piano at least, while real, could be mimed for the video. Honestly don’t know a whole lot about pianos but many music videos do that

    • MasterMech77 says:

The artist perform the music with the instruments, the recorded sound is normally not used for the video. Since most environments used for the videos would produce horrible harmonics and make for poor quality sound.
