    After watching many Gordon Ramsay videos of scallops it triggers me when people don’t put them in the pan in a (anti)clockwise manner so they can be taken out in order and all be cooked evenly.

    I second missing Claire. Although I like Molly too, Claire was the best!!

    I’m completely confused by the wet/dry pack at 1:14. “These are dry-packed scallops which means they haven’t been treated in any way since they were removed from the ocean which means that when you go to cook them and you’re looking for that golden brown crust a lot of water will come out flooding the pan and they will steam and you won’t get that same effect so always look for dry-packed scallops.” Is she describing wet-packed here?

    Bad edit at 1:30. You cut out the part where she explains that dry packed scallops DON’T contain extra water that will ruin the cooking process. Wet packed scallops do that.
