Dancing With The Stars will never be the same without Len. His hard-headedness was not to insult the dancers, it was to help them become better dancers. As hard as he was on his judging towards some of the dancers, he was very well loved by everyone. He will be dearly missed in the ballroom by all who knew and loved him. He was actually my favorite judge because some of his comments would crack me up. May you Rest In Peace Len.

He appeared as head judge on the UK television programme Strictly Come Dancing, where various celebrities compete for the glitter ball trophy, from its beginning in 2004 until 2016 and on the U.S. television programme Dancing with the Stars from 2005 until 2022.
