I’m 15 about to be 16 got diagnosed with depression, anxiety & I get panic attacks & even suicidal at some point I found out I had all of this when I was like in 10 or 11 because my dad was super sick and last year on November he unfortunately died and it’s been super hard. Your mental health is really important & it not only affects but everyone around you it’s so hard but I’ve been taking medication & trust me it’s the best thing someone can do to help themselves. You are so strong and I’m proud of you for being able to speak about this <3.
