      Baking is kind of one of those things, Claire kept saying that she didn’t really change anything but she actually did make minor changes in every batch that she did. Baking is finicky if you change your process even a tiny bit, change the amount of any ingredient slightly, change the way you incorporate it, etc, It can literally completely change your outcome.

      She started to substitute all purpose flour for cake flour and also used cheese powder as well as added a lot more cheddar
