She explained once that Delaney is great, but what you don’t see is him checking in on her incessantly, which eventually gets annoying. They just only show the annoyed reactions.

Mexican here, mole has chocolate in it, and mole ice cream actually exists, so Sohla’s idea is not that crazy,it sounds delicious indeed.

Alright – Sohla’s new show: “Cross the Line”. You give her a classic recipe and she goes nuts, reimaging it. Other BA chefs taste. The question: did she “cross the line” with her reimaging of the dish? She needs to re-image Beef Wellington without crossing the line into “no, this is a completely different thing entirely”.
