    Thanks for this, I have wooden chopsticks and last time I broke them, one side was bigger than the other 😂 but I really got sad (I’m so weird, I got sad over this ㅋㅋㅋㅋ) cuz those chopsticks somehow got a black after a week, I don’t know why :'( I guess wooden chopsticks aren’t meant for regular use. It’s very hard to get chopsticks here, there is only one restaurant that gives wooden chopsticks, most people throw those away so I told everyone in my area to give those to me 😆

      @이지히 🥀 The metal ones.

      omg you only use wooden chopsticks once 😭 buy plastic or metal ones

    • Shelby says:

      @이지히 🥀 make sure you wash them straight after your meal and not not let it sit with food on it. Use dishwashing soap and make sure you dry it out really well and in the sun. The fridge isnt a good place because its moist and not cold enough to prevent bacteria. Always store things in dry places, if you notice any darkness or smell on your chopsticks then throw them away. The metal ones online are good but dont buy the plastic ones, its bad for environment and bad quality. Otherwise it’s good that you keep and use the chopsticks multiple times 💁🏼‍♀️

      Please buy chop sticks for long term use. These aren’t made for that. You’ll get sick.

    In Japan, it is often understood as rude (unless you’re at home or using metal chopsticks) to rub your wooden chopsticks like this because this gives an opinion to the server that the chopsticks they provided you is of poor quality.

    I already knew about this, but if I didn’t, watching “going seventeen” yesterday would have taught me about it because Joshua showed the trick 😂😂
    But this is seriously helpful for people that want to learn

    You’re actually supposed to roll them after you split them to remove splinters. If you pull them directly apart as he did, it works without rolling prior.
