Real Doctor Reacts to GREY’S ANATOMY #2 | “Into You Like A Train”

Back at with my second review of greys anatomy the hit medical tv show on ABC. Now you know my feelings on medical tv dramas– I need less loving and more medicine haha!

This was a crazy episode but it is a fan favorite so I decided to review it. Definitely not every day that you see a pole go through two humans!

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this episode of Real Doctor Watches Grey’s Anatomy / Real Doctor Reacts to Grey’s Anatomy. If you want me to continue making this doctor reaction video please give it a like and leave me a comment on which tv drama or show you’d like for me to review next. Love you all!

I finally remembered something I’ve been curious about. In a lot of movies, blood coming from the mouth is used when someone has been severely hit in the stomach, stabbed, shot or something of the like. Does it actually happen like that in real life? And if blood was in your mouth, wouldn’t it be fairly hard to speak? I’ve just noticed they always seem to have these long, emotional talks when at least one person is literally drowning in their own blood. (Although I don’t know if that is what happens)

More Grey’s Anatomy!!! (Plane Crash, Shooter in Hospital, Musical, LVad Wire, Bomb)

  3. LastKnight0727 says:

Next episode of Grey’s that I’d recommend is a season 2 “It’s the End of the World”

  4. Emily Podzunas says:

the episode of greys where Deny is in competition with another man to get a heart transplant, and Izzy cuts his LVAD wire in an attempt to move him higher on the list. I’d really like to learn about the whole organ donor process and how the patient gets picked. (If anyone knows which episode this is, can they lmk)

I’m curious if some of the things that are “off” have to do with this being filmed in 2005?

    • Cassandra Parsons says:

They 100% do. The law he talked about last episode didn’t come into effect until way after the episode was filmed. Same thing about the scanners. A lot of the things they do are realistic for 2005 (obviously there are still some issues for drama sake, but that’s not the majority). I also find that in the beginning there was a big focus on the relationships and less in the medicine. Later episodes focus more on the medical aspect

    • Marycarmen Cuellar says:

Yus. That’s really all I could think of 😭 and it lowkey annoyed me how much he criticized it for how “off” it was, but he probably doesn’t know. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Season 11, Episode 21: How to Save a Life is the episode where McDreamy dies. If I remember correctly, the better portion of the episode is about his brain injury and the mistakes that were made by the hospital staff that cost him his life.

Also Season 8, Episode 24: Flight is the plane crash episode. It’s all about triage in the woods at the scene of the crash.

These are definitely 2 of the biggest episodes of the entire series (also both are season finale episodes, so they’re going to be even bigger because of that).

  7. Anna Preston Jones says:

You should watch the one about the ferry boat crash and the one after

  8. Peter Razook says:

Could u please watch more Code Black. Probably the most accurate show out there

  9. 0439Greek says:

5×16 – “An Honest Mistake” is heavily medical with little personal drama and deals with making mistakes which is something all doctors can relate to I’m sure.

  10. ColbyHerman says:

Lol there aren’t any greys episodes that are more medical than romance 😂

  11. Jabba the Hutt says:

What about M*A*S*H for the next episode?

when he said “who writes these stuff” i felt that

    Why this episode???
The entire pole part of this episode is just a big fat metaphor. Meredith found out that Derek is married, the wife came to town and now he has to pick who is going to be with. In the episode before this Meredith begs him to choose her.
In this episode it becomes clear that he’s not going to … hence she’s the woman abandoned with with big hole in her chest. So all the pain from working on that case is heightened by what’s going on in their personal life. Which is much more touching and interesting if you are actually watching the tv shop episodically. If not … why pick this one? It’s not the most medically relevant or medically interesting one of the show. 🙄

  14. Kaela Collins says:

“Fake mcdreamy”. Oh you are so modest, you are the REAL “Doctor Mcdreamy”.

  15. rnrbunt says:

You actually taught me quite a lot during this episode.
Watch the more current episodes to review. These actors ( many of them) have been off the show for years. McDreamy is long gone.

    • Questionable Life Choices says:

rnrbunt yeah but the early seasons with the original cast (and the 2nd group, like Callie and Arizona and even Lexi) are the iconic ones

  16. Mustafa Altamimi says:

Greys anatomy is ruined when they started to kill characters in the show
