I love asensio but for some reason he’s him when it comes to coming off the bench. He’s the only man thst takes the opportunity he gets. But when it comes to starting he has underperformed and that’s where the criticism comes from but I think it’s bogus bc he doesn’t get much time to be able to make a difference in the starting lineup. I feel like when he gets told to come on off the bench he just lights up lmao

@dex that’s what I’m saying. Chelsea played surprisingly well all around. They just gave the ball away way too much and way too easily. Even with ten men they had a few good chances. But man vini is something else I love Reece but vini almost undressed him a few times. Hoping for a miracle in the next leg. Madrid defense was incredible last night for the most part but I think Chelsea players tried dribbling on their own too much (especially sterling) We did it two years ago, almost did it last year, so we def have a chance even if our league position is in shambles

what game were y’all watching? chelsea’s defense was on point, we lost the ball in our third and kroos gave a world class pass. 0-1 second goal was a great shot by asensio but fofana had the read but unfortunately nutmegged him. chelsea dominated the whole first half especially the first 20 we couldn’t convert easy chances. play style had to shift after they scored that first goal
