Seeing that engine turn over by hand is such a relief and the cross hatch looks amazing! Now staring at the electric motor as you do this work makes me wonder how sealed it is…

    • Sebastián says:

it does not turn at the beginning because the elektic motor is corroded. a combustions engine will turn after sault water flodd easy.

    • Toxic Demon says:

    • Leo K says:

good job chris fix just posted a video of how to fix hybrid battery in a car!

    • Motorman says:

@Christopher Casey Well if left a really long time definitely, but the parts are coated in oil so should be able to survive for at least some time. But with salt water who knows. I have heard people that had been immersed in salt water would be immersed in fresh water for example in a river to flush out at least most of the salt, still it would not flush out salt inside engine etc but it would help.

As a McLaren tech seen Tavarish put all this effort on fixing this car is a joy to see. I count the days to watch the next episode just to see what other surprises the car will show.

Turbos “those are gonna be rusted, those are gonna be shot, i think we’re gonna need to rebuild them” Has never been said with so much positivity on a $1M car. Tavarish, you have the best attitude for this kinda thing. Keep being yourself champion, you got this, we are all behind you!

  4. Adam Burgess says:

We will never get another opportunity to see a P1 in this much detail. Even though it’s full of sand and stuff, just seeing everything taken apart on this car is awesome. I know it’s a very big project but bring back a P1 is truly amazing. I’m excited to watch and see what happens.

  5. Joe Leach says:

  6. peacanrican43 says:

    Edit:ty for 2k likes!

    • Mike Burke says:

Why would you be lmaooo? Makes no sense

    • Michael Stgo says:

Dumb enough*. This is waste of money

    • Mike Scherrer says:

@Argenis perez LMAO the guy finishes 10% of his projects. I don’t know what you’re
even talking about – “Main” project isn’t something I’ve ever heard Freddy say. So… when he finishes one occasionally, it becomes his “main” project? Not sure where you get off calling anyone else stupid, bucko.

    • johnathan smith says:

It’s not the fact that no one was brave enough, alot of people would do it if they had the money

  8. Jazztastic says:

Really hooked with this series and can’t wait for the next episode!
One of the most challenging projects I’ve ever seen on a car but I’m confident in you and your team that this car will be back to its glorious days. And a good story to back it up.
I’m so glad for you! Cheers from Romania! 🇷🇴 ❤

  9. harith najmi says:
