One dish. Two days. We challenged super taster Chris Morocco to blindly taste a dish made by Carla and then reverse engineer it as closely to the original as he can. The challenge this episode: Gordon Ramsay’s Beef Wellington.
P.S. We really just wanted to see Chris wear that sloth blindfold. Very worth it.

      yeah, Chris is always the best at describing whatever that impressive palate of his picks up. I put andy and Clara tied for second in that department.

      I think the B- was unfairly low considering he had a hard time limit, had to take the time to buy his own ingredients, and Wellington is a fairly involved recipe.
      Like you’d have to come within 40-50% accuracy on your first shot because you only get 2 more chances with that kind of time.
