Warzone is where all the money is. They’ll focus on what pays. Same reason SBMM won’t ever disappear. It keeps the casuals playing and entices them to buy skins.
Literally was gonna comment this. The past games multiplayer has felt like just a way to level up guns for warzone

Welp! This seems to have more in 1 season than 2042 has had in 1 year. As a long time BF fan, 2042 killed it for me.

I think most of us gave up on BF after 2042. That was an absolute dumpster fire. Glad I was able to refund.
Bf went downhill after hardline & 2042 destroyed the series. Hopefully the 2 og cod devs turn that series around & also bring back moh.

I can’t wait to see the HUGE amounts of MP content. No way will they push MP aside for Warzone and DMZ to encourage people to spend money on overpriced skins. This is a developer and publisher with the utmost integrity and best interests of the fans at heart!
majority of 6v6 mp maps are ripped straight from warzone they didn’t even make dedicated 6v6 maps , hence why 6v6 maps are oversized and even the ground war maps are just from the war zone map . really hope that in future seasons we get actual multiplayer maps like the classic mw maps and not these huge maps

@OreoFuffMcduff I’m still hopeful for the game, because I liked the series the first time around as a kid….But they haven’t even started cleaning up the bugs from the look of it and it’s been out for like 3 weeks. I really hope it gets better but my hope is running out tbh. How do you release a $100 game with this many problems and the lack of so much content?

@MannyK the new season is gunna fix a lot of the bugs and there being bugs in the game right now doesn’t mean the battlepass will be buggy.
@MannyK there are a few settings you can change in game that drastically help the performance, I play on a laptop and honestly it sometimes glitches a bit but it’s not bad
@MannyK yeah lol I had a glitch in ground war where the helicopter was outside the area of play but there was no timer until I flew it closer to the battlefield 🤣
Hopefully the actual grind of earning those tokens isn’t too long because this already looks far better then the normal battle pass system

This actually looks sick. I’m always down for something new. 1st time in a while that I’m actually excited to play MP agian.. and now that warzone 2.0 drops tomorrow I’m even more pumped. 🤘
@Compunsate I downloaded Fortnite (ew) on my phone just to see the battle pass, and it’s not the same.
Sure, it grants more freedom still, but Fortnite groups them by page, and you can unlock the next page after unlocking a certain number of items from the previous page. I honestly wouldn’t compare the two, but I see why people are mentioning it.

I actually love this idea. I can choose what path to take without forcing to choose things I do not like first.
Fortnite is doing this right now, and if this is similar, it’s not that simple. In order to get the highest rewards from a single tier, you have yo complete that tier. I think how they handle this too
