Hey was great but honestly Ricky would have owned the damn room

  9. Brenda R says:

Good job. Jabs and stabs, but with a light touch.

    • PiCheZvara says:

This year could do without the light touch. Let them fuckers have it properly. Gervais would have delivered something to remember.

  10. Ziaw Purple Jacket says:

I thought it was good! Some jokes were so on point haha

  11. Elaine Ferry says:

Seth is too funny! Great timing!

  12. sux2bu2day says:

5:39 Stranger Things kids know how to take advantage of their environment and make a party, popping bottles at their table.

    • FielAlManga says:

sux2bu2day They are drinking water. “Stanger”

    • sux2bu2day says:

FielAlManga LoL obviously it was a joke. OBVIOUSLY 13 year olds aren’t being served alcohol.

You must be one of those people that doesn’t understand humor and takes everything literally huh? Haha

  13. Leave Blank says:

I actually quite enjoyed this monologue

  14. Tom Helms says:

“Can Christopher Plummer do a southern accent? Because Kevin Spacey sure couldn’t.”

Finally! Can we all finally admit that Spacey was bad in House of Cards?

    • kushal chordiya says:

Okay .. Spacey may have been a terrible person on real life …but he was born to play Frank Underwood , Spacey was what made the show , without him house of cards is nothing .

    • sm4sh3d says:

I don’t know what level of shitaste it takes to think that Spacey was bad in HoC, but maybe you’re blind and deaf and shouldn’t analyze stuff that you cannot comprehend

    • Felipe Borges says:

I think it was a joke but I don’t get it either

    • Pedro Bahia says:

I think the fact that he is a horrible person actually adds to his character. Frank Underwood was never meant to be the hero, he’s the devil in person and Spacey played him perfectly.

  15. Mr Irrelevant says:

Ricky gervais wouldve roast the hell out of everyone there..

  16. cc22ful says:

    Bring back Ricky Gervais.

  17. bluesdjben says:

The joke about “The Post” was great, and I loved the cut to Stephen Speilberg being embarrassed and Meryl Streep losing it laughing. 5:01

  18. Kiana Jai Mae says:

“Don’t worry he’ll be back in 20 years, when he becomes the first person ever booed during the in memoriam.” 😂🤣

    • Firefly says:

Hollywood worship. Sad on every side of the casting couch. Wealthy out of touch hypocrites preaching to the pathetic want to be immature entertainment fans. Are you one?

    • Jurasim Daniel says:

Seth should have been dropped a towel at the end.

    • Xanxei says:

Sexual “exchanges” require consent on both (all) sides. Otherwise we’re talking about harrassment, assault or rape.

  19. LadyMartinson says:

Wow. Look at all those priviledged outraged people wearing black and laughing at jokes on people they celebrated ’til a year ago ’cause they’re all so shocked by the secret obscure life of Hollywood.
I love cinema, I used to love the award season, I work in the movie industry and I happen to be a woman. Yet, this sparkly hypocritical protest and these people celebrating and applauding themselves is kinda disgusting me right now.

    • Adelaide McMillan says:

To me, they are inextricably linked, though. Differentiating the people who make the art from the art itself is difficult – kinda why I can’t really enjoy a Woody Allen film anymore… Last night’s GG (which I did not watch, I must admit – I simply went though the media digest of it this morning) feels like the culmination of this particular hypocrisy.

    • Baxtron o says:

Wow, look at you acting like you care.

    • John Rife says:

LadyMartinson “I’m wearing a black dress in protest of sexual assault. Look at my plunging neckline.”

    • RandomAndroidDeadpool says:

You say all you want but LadyMartinson has a point here.

  20. New Message says:

For a split second, Willem Dafoe thought : “… They found the body…”
